**What do you like best about Ombea?**

The OMBEA teem is grate and helpful. they were very responsive and extremely patient with all the question we had about their products. we really like the intuitive dashboard and the NPS report is grate. the custom alerts feature helps us notice the bottlenecks before they become in issue. the  smiley rating scale is also very intuitive and easy to read for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Ombea?**

Some for the menus are a bit hidden but once login couple of times they are easy to find.

**What problems is Ombea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed  a feedback solution to track NPS across different departments of our store.

**What do you like best about Ombea?**

We are an online retailer using embedded smiley questions to understand how well our website is performing recently. We decided to start measuring experience at the point of delivery as well. It was extremely easy with OMBEA. After delivery, we automatically send out SMS messages to collect feedback from the customers about their overall experience. Love the branding possibilities and how modern and fresh it all looks.

We didn't find any problems with them !!

We needed a solutions to measures customer satisfaction online and at the point of delivery. OMBEA does with brilliantly. It's also very simple to set up and use.

**What do you like best about Ombea?**

We love how easy it is for our customers to live feedback with OMBEA. We used another tool before and many customers got frustrated with the number of surveys they received. It hasn't been a case with OMBEA. The response rates have also gone up by 30% thanks to short and beautify designed surveys.

**What do you dislike about Ombea?**

I have nothing major dislikes comes to my mind.

We needed a simpler tool to measure customer satisfaction that wouldn't overwhelm our customers with long surveys.

**What do you like best about Ombea?**

OMBEA is easy to use both for our customer and for us when we need to analyse their feedback.The surveys are conversational and  non-intrusive, this way we manage to collect valuable feedback without frustrating our customer.

**What do you dislike about Ombea?**

Nothing, everything  has been absolutely positive.

**What problems is Ombea solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for an intuitive platform to measure customer experience. OMBEA had some of the best support for any tool that was have purchased. They were always positive and very responsive to all the requests. we are very happy with the end product and the results we're seeing via the feedback  tools.
