Various business units and locations have been reporting Microsoft Teams call quality issues and in many helpdesk cases it was challenging to reproduce the situation. Although Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) and Call Analytics were helpful to a certain degree.
To identify potential root causes, we needed more detailed information such as processes running on the local machines, CPU or memory load, as well as network (local/office) and ISP route related details.
