Noticeable is user-centric, placing emphasis on what we need and prioritizing those features.

The most important for us was email subscriptions b/c we weren't using other customer success tools, and other in-app messaging alternatives didn't offer emailing natively and/or were too pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Noticeable to publish our weekly changelog. It's really easy to use and the customer service is really good. If there are any issues, they are always very responsive. There is a new feature that was added in the last six months that allows you to set the publication time. Previously I did not have this option. I use this all the time now. I don't really know. Unfortunately, there are a lot of features that I do not use. My use of the product is limited. The only issue I remember not being able to resolve was when we were trying to integrate Twitter with Noticeable. There was an issue with the graphics that we could not fix.
