The platform is easy to use, and users have no problems navigating the site. It’s very responsive and keeps the data and metrics we need to stay moving forward. The support and onboarding team have been great as well. Pricing was very competitive. They’ve also been adding AI integrations, which we’re just starting to explore. Transitioning to Ninety.io was smooth, and I found it to be more user-friendly and easily accessible remotely compared to previous tools.
