Read comments before hiring **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Fred P. | Presidente, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025 **What do you like best about netelip?** Read comments before hiring and in the case that you have unauthorized charges, immediately contact your bank to report what happened (for those who read the comments late like in my case) and you can protect your credit card. **What do you dislike about netelip?** By all means, I have asked them to reverse the charge and they never responded. Obviously, are they going to respond? Everything is a lie, nothing reflects what is happening, the customer is intolerant. Did you do all the correct processes? Are you the perfect ones who lately receive one star from customers? Well, that reflects the mistreatment, lack of transparency, and improper charges that you have become accustomed to in abusing international customers. Those who hire from outside Spain, please read the comments before making a single contact with this company as it is the best thing you can do to avoid going through the hell they put people through trying to keep the money. Being a foreigner, you cannot make legal claims and they know it, that's why they abuse those who hire from outside Spain and allow the mistreatment. **What problems is netelip solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not a company. ### 2. If you add funds to their system, then they keep the money after 30 days, once you want to leave them. Be careful! Of course you can use that money but I don't want to. Also, netelip is stable, and it never hangs. **What do you dislike about netelip?** Eventually, the software should embark on audio conferencing, and this would eliminate the communication costs, and hence, more support. **Recommendations to others considering netelip:** netelip for persistent communication protocols, and hence, there is recording and then texting from the tool. **What problems is netelip solving and how is that benefiting you?** netelip acts as the main ground that foster communication, and all channels for effective communication has been shown in this ground. ### 4. In addition, it is a contract without minimum permanence **What do you dislike about netelip?** An important function such as the recording of calls carries a billing different from the switchboard. Although Netelip makes available to the customer that this functionality is incorporated into its switchboard, the price may be a bit excessive taking into account that other companies have it incorporated automatically without involving a large increase in their quota. **Recommendations to others considering netelip:** The list of advanced functionalities of the Netelip virtual switchboard is quite complete, including some such as access to the configuration panel, from where the user can customize their switchboard, queues where the user will wait to be attended and listen to a short music to make your wait more enjoyable, jump groups in which the calls will go from one extension to another until it is answered and finally the header number from which we can show the number of the company regardless of the extension from which it is make the call. **What problems is netelip solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Netelip virtual switchboard allows replacing the traditional switchboard with one hosted in the cloud, a replacement or adoption that allows savings in installation and investment costs.
