&lt;p&gt;A review posted right after go-live can really only speak to the implementation half of this question. Adoption usually isn&#39;t visible for six to twelve months, once people have had the chance to fall back into old workarounds or actually change how they work day to day. So a glowing review about a &quot;smooth rollout&quot; from month one isn&#39;t evidence either way on the adoption question, even though it reads like it is.&lt;/p&gt;
