Even though it is a new product, the analysis it provides is pretty top-notch. Compared to the other marketing tools out there, NEON-dX's 24/7 live chats, ROI tracking, marketing analysis, and social marketing are pretty convenient. It can even be customized according to our needs. **What do you dislike about NEON-dX?** Since NEON-dX uses real-time data, it takes some time to learn and analyze. It is pretty much doing a good job. I keep switching between MAC and windows. The only problem is that it is not available on MAC OS. **Recommendations to others considering NEON-dX:** It is one of the best marketing analysis tools out there. It is customizable and very easy to use. **What problems is NEON-dX solving and how is that benefiting you?** NEON-dX makes my job easier by performing all the marketing analysis, ROI Tracking, and also it provides 24/7 live support. It also provides mobile support and the APIs are customisible. ### 2.
