It is very versatile and adapted to the regulations of our heavily regulated child care environment (Germany). I cannot elaborate on integrations with other products except for Excel. Excel exports are good to work with. This is a real game changer. The implementation process is easy from the solutions point of view: there is a multi-step process, very well documented and accompanied by the seller of the software. One of the best features is the automatic, AI based process of children recognition in the pictures taken. We are required to document the development of the children with pictures and the manual process to maintain the pictures according to GDPR regulations was a real time-killer. At the moment we are roughly using 50 - 60 % of the full capabilities of the solution (as process implementation in an educational environment is taking time...) and we are already saving money factor 1:2, meaning on an FTE basis we would pay 2 times as much for FTEs than what we pay for the software. There is a customizable interface for each role working with nemborn that makes it easy to implement a distributed workload and as such mask it easy to eliminate single points of failure or bottlenecks. The whole suite is a cloud SAAS and we are very happy with it's performance and are often surprised about how fast changes that we suggest can be integrated into the software. :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the GUI misses the simplicity of a normal browser based experience. You work in one dialog, need to check something on the previous screen, but when you jump back, you are back to square 1.
