**What do you like best about nChannel?**

The ease of transferring information between RMS and our websites.

**What do you dislike about nChannel?**

nChannel is not backwards compatible.  As a cloud based system it can retrieve information from RMS Headquarters, and push to multiple channels but it cannot take information from nChannel and place it into RMS.  In a perfect world it would be nice if nChannel could take over as the primary system for all information that would update multiple systems.  

**Recommendations to others considering nChannel:**

If your a business that it looking to take the repetition out of data entry because you sell across multiple platforms, then the system will save you time, and money.

**What problems is nChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issues, and solution to the problem is efficiency.  It took very long and a lot of of repetitive hours to put information into RMS, and 5 websites, this ties everything all in together and saves our company a lot of time.

**What do you like best about nChannel?**

nChannel has helped us to deploy several Multi-Channel / Omni-Channel instances for clients. We build the Magento E-commerce website, and they connect the clients Point of Sale, ERP, and/or online marketplace accounts. In working with nChannel, we've helped clients streamline data between systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Quickbooks, eBay, and Amazon.  Their existing connectors, paired with their ability to customize gives them a lot of resources to meet the needs of their clients. Additionally, their Product Management Tool can make managing large data sets much much easier.

**What do you dislike about nChannel?**

Multi-Channel builds are complex by nature. We have seen some clients get frustrated during the process, especially when the clients request scope changes, or the client's don't have the resources available to get through deployment and testing in a timely fashion. This can happen on the E-commerce build side too, so we understand it, but it can hold us up on the website launch side of things.

While we've seen nChannel continue to evolve as a company, we have seen some change over through the years, and it has impacted us, but you can't bake a cake without breaking a few eggs. As a tech company, while we hate to see this happening, we understand that it's part of the evolution process.

**What problems is nChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

nChannel helps our client's to solve a wide range of issues. For instance:

- Cutting down on manual data entry, including labor needs, and errors
- Allowing for order fulfillment from one system, instead of multiple system
- Making deployment on additional storefronts, like Amazon and eBay possible for clients with large product catalogs
- Ensuring that inventory is synchronized often, so that out-of-stock items aren't accidentally sold, and in-stock items are made available on all sales channels
- Large product catalogs can be much more easily maintained and managed

**What do you like best about nChannel?**

nothing - their customer service is horrible and they lie to you about deadlines

**What do you dislike about nChannel?**

They told us 6/8 weeks - 16 weeks later we had nothing from them after weeks and weeks of promises so we had to go to another company; they also stole our deposit eventhough they couldn't deliver a product.  For all I know this company is a complete scam!
