What do you like best about Myko?

The ability to be on the go and log salesforce activity, research prospects, and then do the mundane admin tasks that are required of AE's every day has been a huge benefit. I've used it nearly daily and have given it multiple tasks in one sweep to complete. The coolest part was that it even recognized duplicate accounts/contacts and asked me to clarify where it should tag the task to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Myko?

Honestly nothing that I can think of. If anything, learning how to use it via prompts in the beginning could be a learning curve but in the same breath, it's never been able to not do something that I've prompted it. What do you like best about Myko?

I love how Myko can quickly innovate, execute on feature requests, and build solutions that solve unique problems as they come up. They flawlessly executed all the changes we requested, which was great for us. Normally, updating fields in Salesforce involves numerous steps, but with Myko, I simply tell it what I want, and it does the work for me, allowing me to review before finalizing. I absolutely love how incredibly easy Myko is to use, especially for logging prospecting calls. It significantly simplifies what used to be a time-consuming task by integrating seamlessly with Salesforce. This connectivity reduces the time spent on logging activities from thirty to forty-five minutes to mere minutes, which is a massive time saver when handling twenty to thirty tasks at a time. Myko’s web scraping capability to gather additional information on prospects is particularly valuable for me, making meeting preparations more efficient and less stressful. As a busy sales representative, the ability of Myko to handle the research aspect saves me substantial time—approximately four to five hours weekly. The straightforward initial setup, partly thanks to how well it integrates with tools like Slack, allows me to easily send voice messages or screenshots and get exactly what I need, further enhancing my productivity. The customer feedback process is excellent too; the responsiveness of Trevor, the CEO, and the Myko team in building out requested features promptly ensures that the software continuously adapts to meet our evolving needs, making it indispensable in my daily tasks. Understanding how best to utilize voice prompts to get the most out of Myko required some time and effort, making the initial setup more challenging than expected. Additionally, I currently use Myko alongside Salesforce, and I see potential for improvement since it would be really useful to pull data through from Power BI, indicating a lack of integration with key tools. I would like to develop Myko to enable it to assist in making business decisions based on the data available within Salesforce, showing my desire for more advanced features and decision-making capabilities.
