I appreciate the ability of Myko to significantly cut down on the administrative time required to create events and keep the team updated on progress within opportunities. This allows me to focus more on pursuing new opportunities, which is extremely beneficial for productivity. Additionally, I admire Myko's feature that allows logging multiple events simultaneously, which is particularly useful when handling events that span several days or weeks with the same customer. This functionality helps in managing updates efficiently based on interactions with customers. I also value the incredibly fast response of the support team in handling updates, troubleshooting, and resolving issues promptly. I found there was definitely a learning curve with Myko. Understanding how best to utilize voice prompts to get the most out of Myko required some time and effort, making the initial setup more challenging than expected. Additionally, I currently use Myko alongside Salesforce, and I see potential for improvement since it would be really useful to pull data through from Power BI, indicating a lack of integration with key tools. I would like to develop Myko to enable it to assist in making business decisions based on the data available within Salesforce, showing my desire for more advanced features and decision-making capabilities.
