myCOI provides incredible customer support and the most rounded offering for insurance collection and review in the marketplace. Their concierge offering provides a true outsourcing experience that takes the majority of the burden off my staff to collect, review, and follow up on subcontractor insurance. No major complaints at all. To provide quality insurance review, people have to be involved and the complexity of insurance makes it impossible not to fallible. myCOI's support team isn't perfect, but neither are we. When mistakes are made we partner to make sure that reviews are updated and the certificate review personnel at myCOI have a better understanding of what our requirements are intended to mean and how to apply them. Looking for the COI you need can be challenging as MyCOI does not have a standard naming protocol for the insurance information stored in their system. The most helpful thing about myCOI is being able to see the compliance status of my vendors easily. I use this weekly to check any NON-COMPLIANT vendors so that I can notify them of their status.
