the login process is separate and a bit difficult to remember due to the lenghty password, but i do understand the reasoning behind it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about my.SQM Auto QA?

I am able to see where I have room and potenitla to grow in customer services. The software is pretty simple to use and understand. With the software I can recived real feedback from actual customers. I am able to learn new ways of apporach certain calls. The many features help under each call reveiw, its pretty easy to navigate.
