What do you like best about my.SQM Auto QA?

It provides insight into the Voice of the Customer which is critical in a servicing role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about my.SQM Auto QA?

The scope of the service is limited to landline phone calls. As the vast majority of people have moved from landlines to cell phones and the number increases year over year, the value of this service diminishes as the demographics being evaluated are increasingly limited.
