What do you like best about My AskAI?

The pricing is competitive compared to the native Zendesk pricing I would have paid. The AI does a decent job when comparing answers side by side with the native Zendesk AI bot.

Once you've connected with the My AskAI team and have the things you need enabled, it's easy enough to set up.

I love that when you have lead capture turned on for the standalone widget, it lets the user type a question before requiring their email to see the full answer. This is a great way to hook users and ensure you get their contact info.

It's easy to integrate into Zendesk as long as you have Zendesks user verification set up already. This is a must have to use the AI bot with chat, otherwise it won't give you the contact info for users chatting in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My AskAI?

Removing the branding is more expensive than I'd think, especially for the monthly plan.

It's not too annoying when using their standalone launcher, but it's very annoying when using the Zendesk launcher. The added cost almost makes me reconsider the platform, since their pricing is only competitive without that added fee.

I also get why they price it based on conversation vs resolution, but if you use Intercom or Zendesk you only pay for resolutions, so it's not an apples-to-apples comparison when looking at the quantity you need.

They also recently announced the end of their essentials plan. This sucks.

We're a smaller startup and don't need or want the pro plan. 1000 conversations per month will be too much for us. We also don't want the annual pricing since we're taking things one month at a time. This change seems to abandon the market for smaller customers who do not want to do annual pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there were initial challenges, such as some reporting features being lacking at the beginning, My AskAI has consistently developed and improved these aspects. Additionally, we experienced instances where the bot would get stuck repeating information based on our support articles, but this has now been effectively resolved with their innovative "Guidance" feature. What do you like best about My AskAI?

The AI Agent consistently answered 70% of our support requests with no tweaking after the first knowledge base sync. Setup was so fast and easy.

The Improve tab is regularly identifying a number of gaps in our current documentation and providing a number of ways to more easily close them. Following the suggestions quickly got us up to 80% deflection. We're using it on every chat ticket, and testing it internally on email tickets.

Our team is still very small and we don't support multiple languages yet, so it was a pleasant surprise to see the AI Agent effortlessly responding in (so far) at least four different languages and deflecting all of those tickets successfully.

The team has been very responsive and helped us work around some edge cases, added features, and improved reporting to cover some of our less-typical needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about My AskAI?

I do wish we had a way to "correct" the AI Agent conversationally when we see it get something wrong, rather than experimenting with knowledge base changes that may or may not steer it back in the right direction.

What do you like best about My AskAI?

I use My AskAI for customer support, and I appreciate how it's integrated with Intercom. It's impressive with its speed and accuracy, and it's also interactive. The speed provides stable answers, which is great. The accuracy builds trust with customers, and the interactivity makes the chat a bit of fun. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. What do you like best about My AskAI?

The best thing is how much time it saves me, and without creating more problems. Having a really detailed knowledge base for it to learn from makes a huge difference, but I've used other AI agents and My AskAI has been the best so far. Could partly be due to ChatGPT getting smarter over time, but the end result has been amazing. It's also not nearly as expensive as other options, for which I'm very grateful. Some options were totally out of my price range. Others wouldn't even work with my setup. I use Gorgias and BigCommerce, Gorgias' own AI agent wouldn't work with my BigCommerce integration but My AskAI does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about My AskAI?

I find it really easy to onboard and link knowledge sources using the MyAskAI onboarding flow, at the same time what it can do is really incredibly powerful. This product has helped me educate my users, customers, and internal teams. The integration capabilities allow it to seamlessly slot into current workflows and in particular the option to let it scrape my knowledge base is fantastic.

I found a couple times in testing that it gave suboptimal answers to certain questions but then i was able to easily improve the answers and semantically these flowed through. Literally a lifesaver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about My AskAI?

It is worth highlighting the (human) support from My AskAI, which is very responsive, develops features upon request, and quickly resolves issues. At the same time, the tool also offers a complete self-service solution that, in our case, integrates into existing support processes (Zendesk) and uses the history to train the tool. However, you can give the tool precise guidelines to follow. Questions that you prefer to have a human solve can be specifically marked as such. Overall, when integrating the tool, you have an extremely high degree of control over both how answers are provided and how quickly something is escalated to a human employee, so you never have to fear that the AI will answer anything uncontrollably. What do you like best about My AskAI?

What I like best about My AskAI is how ridiculously easy it is to set up and train. You don’t need to be a tech expert — just upload your docs, link a site, or paste in some text, and boom, it’s ready to answer questions based on your content. That speed-to-launch makes it a solid win, especially for solo founders or small teams.

Also, the multilingual support is a sleeper hit. Being able to instantly serve users in 90+ languages without manually translating content? That’s a big plus for global outreach.
