**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

Automatically learns from our website and training docs. 
No need to make sure employees are up to date with product specs and training. 
Easy to set up, keep updated, and monitor. Faster, better, responses that are online more hours of the day.

**What do you dislike about My AskAI?**

Would benefit from clearer documentation on some of the more advanced setup options. 
Unable to add live support hours for human agent handoff (we hope to see this in the future!)

**What problems is My AskAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using an AI agent with our live chat has allowed us to almost completely automate our first-line of support. 
Information questions are now handled automatically so we can focus on assisting customers with the requests that need human interaction, such as order management.

**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

The pricing is competitive compared to the native Zendesk pricing I would have paid. The AI does a decent job when comparing answers side by side with the native Zendesk AI bot. 
Once you've connected with the My AskAI team and have the things you need enabled, it's easy enough to set up. 
I love that when you have lead capture turned on for the standalone widget, it lets the user type a question before requiring their email to see the full answer. This is a great way to hook users and ensure you get their contact info.
It's easy to integrate into Zendesk as long as you have Zendesks user verification set up already. This is a must have to use the AI bot with chat, otherwise it won't give you the contact info for users chatting in.

**What do you dislike about My AskAI?**

Removing the branding is more expensive than I'd think, especially for the monthly plan. 
It's not too annoying when using their standalone launcher, but it's very annoying when using the Zendesk launcher. The added cost almost makes me reconsider the platform, since their pricing is only competitive without that added fee. 

I also get why they price it based on conversation vs resolution, but if you use Intercom or Zendesk you only pay for resolutions, so it's not an apples-to-apples comparison when looking at the quantity you need. 

They also recently announced the end of their essentials plan. This sucks. 
We're a smaller startup and don't need or want the pro plan. 1000 conversations per month will be too much for us. We also don't want the annual pricing since we're taking things one month at a time. This change seems to abandon the market for smaller customers who do not want to do annual pricing.

**What problems is My AskAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My AskAI is deployed both inside of our application (behind login) as well as public facing on our website and social media accounts (via Zendesk) 
It helps answer the easy tier one questions that otherwise bog down our small team. 
It also acts as a good "Sales bot" on our website and collects lead info for us.

While there were initial challenges, such as some reporting features being lacking at the beginning, My AskAI has consistently developed and improved these aspects. Additionally, we experienced instances where the bot would get stuck repeating information based on our support articles, but this has now been effectively resolved with their innovative "Guidance" feature.

**What problems is My AskAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

High Volume of Customer Inquiries: Our team was overwhelmed by a large number of incoming conversations.

Need for Efficient Resolution: There was a need to resolve a high percentage of these inquiries quickly and effectively without human intervention.

Time Drain on Support Agents: Manual handling of routine or common queries was consuming a vast amount of our team's time.

Language Barriers in Global Support: Supporting customers across many different languages was a challenge.

**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

The AI Agent consistently answered 70% of our support requests with no tweaking after the first knowledge base sync. Setup was so fast and easy.

The Improve tab is regularly identifying a number of gaps in our current documentation and providing a number of ways to more easily close them. Following the suggestions quickly got us up to 80% deflection. We're using it on every chat ticket, and testing it internally on email tickets. 

Our team is still very small and we don't support multiple languages yet, so it was a pleasant surprise to see the AI Agent effortlessly responding in (so far) at least four different languages and deflecting all of those tickets successfully. 

The team has been very responsive and helped us work around some edge cases, added features, and improved reporting to cover some of our less-typical needs.

**What do you dislike about My AskAI?**

I do wish we had a way to "correct" the AI Agent conversationally when we see it get something wrong, rather than experimenting with knowledge base changes that may or may not steer it back in the right direction.

Email responses aren't quite as accurate as chat responses just yet, potentially due to the additional complexities that our users share in email support requests.

**What problems is My AskAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our support volume is growing faster than our team, so the deflection helps drive down our response times during business hours, in addition to providing a base level of support on evenings and weekends when we're not available. We're also able to step up our self-service game by closing the gaps identified in our knowledge base.

I use My AskAI for customer support, and I appreciate how it's integrated with Intercom. It's impressive with its speed and accuracy, and it's also interactive. The speed provides stable answers, which is great. The accuracy builds trust with customers, and the interactivity makes the chat a bit of fun. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

It cannot read screenshots, so it's a big problem.

**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

The best thing is how much time it saves me, and without creating more problems. Having a really detailed knowledge base for it to learn from makes a huge difference, but I've used other AI agents and My AskAI has been the best so far. Could partly be due to ChatGPT getting smarter over time, but the end result has been amazing. It's also not nearly as expensive as other options, for which I'm very grateful. Some options were totally out of my price range. Others wouldn't even work with my setup. I use Gorgias and BigCommerce, Gorgias' own AI agent wouldn't work with my BigCommerce integration but My AskAI does.

**What do you dislike about My AskAI?**

I don't have anything negative to say. The product is great, it's easy to install and use, the price is very fair, the tech support has been great when I needed them. No complaints from me at all.

**What problems is My AskAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles almost all of my customer support emails and chats, better than other products I've used.  The only tickets that get escalated to a human are ones where the AI really can't find an answer, or when the customer requests a human.  There are a lot of ways to fine tune this to what your business needs, and it's working great for mine.

**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

I find it really easy to onboard and link knowledge sources using the MyAskAI onboarding flow, at the same time what it can do is really incredibly powerful. This product has helped me educate my users, customers, and internal teams. The integration capabilities allow it to seamlessly slot into current workflows and in particular the option to let it scrape my knowledge base is fantastic. 

I found a couple times in testing that it gave suboptimal answers to certain questions but then i was able to easily improve the answers and semantically these flowed through. Literally a lifesaver!

**What do you dislike about My AskAI?**

Nothing. Its cheaper faster, and better than all alternatives.

We have a knowledge base with loads of cool info on using our product and myAskAI makes that a conversational self-serve experience for multiple stakeholders.

**What do you like best about My AskAI?**

It is worth highlighting the (human) support from My AskAI, which is very responsive, develops features upon request, and quickly resolves issues. At the same time, the tool also offers a complete self-service solution that, in our case, integrates into existing support processes (Zendesk) and uses the history to train the tool. However, you can give the tool precise guidelines to follow. Questions that you prefer to have a human solve can be specifically marked as such. Overall, when integrating the tool, you have an extremely high degree of control over both how answers are provided and how quickly something is escalated to a human employee, so you never have to fear that the AI will answer anything uncontrollably. It now resolves 70% of our support inquiries and provides our customers with helpful answers within seconds.

It is difficult to specify something here that is not liked. The further development could also include voice, but that is more of a suggestion for the roadmap than a criticism.

What I like best about My AskAI is how ridiculously easy it is to set up and train. You don’t need to be a tech expert — just upload your docs, link a site, or paste in some text, and boom, it’s ready to answer questions based on your content. That speed-to-launch makes it a solid win, especially for solo founders or small teams.

Also, the multilingual support is a sleeper hit. Being able to instantly serve users in 90+ languages without manually translating content? That’s a big plus for global outreach.

And the customization — from tone of voice to branding — means it doesn’t feel like you’re just slapping a generic chatbot on your site. It can actually sound like you, which helps with trust and consistency.

My Ask AI is very easy to implement & setup. It has the ability to lean abou the product by itself and start answering your customer questions on the go and give references to the article. In case the bot cannot answer the questions it passes on he query to the support team in a very smart and summarised way saving time for customer as well as employee.

It has a good number of integrations support which is very beneficial for our team.

The only thing I do not about them is pricing , they have very weird pricing structure which is not feasible for large scale teams.

With My AskAI, building a customer support service for an application becomes a quick and easy task. 
It saves a lot of time and money. It provides a lot of customization like the UI design and answer to some questions related to specific scenario. I like the feature of having AI along with Human support can be provided. AI can be trained with the application information in a relatively small amount of time.
