Interactive, Accurate, and Efficient AI, Needs Screenshot Capability

I use My AskAI for customer support, and I appreciate how it's integrated with Intercom. It's impressive with its speed and accuracy, and it's also interactive. The speed provides stable answers, which is great. The accuracy builds trust with customers, and the interactivity makes the chat a bit of fun. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

A breath of fresh air

MyAskAI has proven to be a valuable addition to our support tools. The copilot extension allows us to access the service from anywhere, rather than being restricted to just one site. It has significantly helped lighten the workload for our agents.

A good low-cost alternative to Zendesk's native AI

The pricing is competitive compared to the native Zendesk pricing I would have paid. The AI does a decent job when comparing answers side by side with the native Zendesk AI bot. Once you've connected with the My AskAI team and have the things you need enabled, it's easy enough to set up. I love that when you have lead capture turned on for the standalone widget, it lets the user type a question before requiring their email to see the full answer. This is a great way to hook users and ensure you get their contact info. It's easy to integrate into Zendesk as long as you have Zendesks user verification set up already. This is a must have to use the AI bot with chat, otherwise it won't give you the contact info for users chatting in.

What is My AskAI?

My AskAI is an AI customer service agent platform. It lets customers integrate an AI agent into their existing help desk or support platform to act as a customer service agent. Once integrated the AI agents respond autonomously to customer messages or tickets, continuing the conversation to resolution or handover (if the AI is unable to assist). Its agents are trained on each business' own help centers, knowledge base and internal documentation along with their backend data, connected via APIs.
