Multilipi was quick to set up. The translations are good but you still need a manual review. Brand names and product names are translated and that can create strange translations. But Multilipi offers a Glossary and a Translation Memory to further fine tune the translations. With these you can instruct the software to never translate a certain word, or translate it to a specific word.

The user interface is not too cluttered, which is nice. Also, includes multilingual SEO optimization.

A little confusing in the beginning. Part of the website are standard HTML pages that were already translated. Part of the website is a Wordpress installation which we wanted translated by Multilipi. From what we could see translation can be made page by page or using a JS overlay. But we found no way of limiting translations only to certain sub folders. And we did not want a full translation of all the pages on the domain, only the Wordpress installation. Outcome of this is that wordcount skyrocketed when it should not. I think the lack of tutorial videos is a downside for MultiLipi. While the software itself is excellent and user-friendly, having tutorial videos would enhance the experience.
