# MSG91 for automated staff notifications: how do you handle dashboard slowdowns with large reports?

We have been happy with MSG91’s delivery success rate, easy integration, transparent pricing, and fast OTP and notification sending. We use it to automate staff duty schedules, shift reminders, and internal care team notifications, which has reduced manual communication. The main issue is the admin reporting panel slowing down when larger files are used, and live chat support response time could be better. Have you found ways to keep reporting fast at scale, or improved support turnaround?
