What do you like best about Mozeo?

I like that Mozeo creates an open line of communication between management and our valued customers. It's easy to set up and simple to use. I appreciate the automatic alerts for messages needing our attention, which helps us respond promptly and allows us to offer excellent customer service. Mozeo customer service has been great as well, with representatives addressing our issues quickly through chat, phone call, or email. What do you like best about Mozeo?

I love Mozeo's customer support because it saves me time and headaches with fast responses to issues, and I appreciate having a real person to help resolve problems. I also love that Mozeo offers different messaging packages, making it versatile. The packages are very cost-effective, allowing me to start small and purchase more credits easily if needed. What do you dislike about Mozeo?

The software can be a bit on the pricey side, especially if your messaging volume fluctuates each month. When you're sending messages at different rates—some months more, others less—the cost can become unpredictable. This variability in pricing means that it's harder to budget and plan for, as the cost per message or total monthly charge can change depending on usage. While the software offers a lot of powerful features, this pricing structure might not be ideal for businesses with inconsistent messaging needs. The flexibility to scale up or down is great, but it also means that some months could be significantly more expensive than others, potentially stretching your budget if you’re not careful. What do you like best about Mozeo?

When shopping for companies to use for text blasts for a large fundraiser we host, Mozeo was the clear winner when it came to being cost effective. I actually just took over the usage of Mozeo this year with no training or insight at all as to what I was doing but it was needed because it’s so user friendly. I had to contact customer service for the first time today and I was very please with not only how fast they responded but how fast they provided a solution to my problem. What do you like best about Mozeo?

Mozeo has a great user friendly website and allows many groups to be set up and kept up easily. And their customer support was super helpful and timely! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mozeo?

The length of the messages have to be so short due to the character restrictions so you have to be creative with your wording. As a work around, if you need to send something more detailed you can always create an attached document so that helps as well. Also, if you want your name attached to the text that employees receive, you have to use up some of those characters where it would be nice if they saw the user name not the account owner name. What do you like best about Mozeo?

It just works and is easy to send and recieve texts. We have always just used it for mass texts. its great that we can reach people in this way and yall keep track of the opt outs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't select and save your time zone. you can't go inthere and see what errors are when your uploading contacts into a group. if it fails its very hard to track down a cause of what happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
