**What do you like best about Mozeo?**

I really like Mozeo's easy and simple interface, which makes it straightforward for us to use. The great keyword integration is a big plus, helping us manage and engage with our SMS marketing effectively. Their customer service is also noteworthy; it's timely and very helpful whenever we need assistance. The platform is an efficient way to communicate with our customers, ensuring that our messages are delivered quickly and reliably. Setting it up initially was pretty easy too, which was a bonus for our team.

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

Contact organization and contact lists could be improved. I'm not sure there's a way to view or sort subscribers by date/time of signing up to our service.

**What problems is Mozeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mozeo is a quick and easy way to send SMS texts to our customers. It provides an efficient way to communicate with them.

**What do you like best about Mozeo?**

I like that Mozeo creates an open line of communication between management and our valued customers. It's easy to set up and simple to use. I appreciate the automatic alerts for messages needing our attention, which helps us respond promptly and allows us to offer excellent customer service. Mozeo customer service has been great as well, with representatives addressing our issues quickly through chat, phone call, or email. It's also versatile as we can access Mozeo from both desktop computers and mobile devices.

We have not encountered any issues with Mozeo so far.

**What do you like best about Mozeo?**

I love Mozeo's customer support because it saves me time and headaches with fast responses to issues, and I appreciate having a real person to help resolve problems. I also love that Mozeo offers different messaging packages, making it versatile. The packages are very cost-effective, allowing me to start small and purchase more credits easily if needed. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

I wish we could have 2 of the keyword responders as part of the smaller package option.

there is no reporting who actually received our text messages (just a "sent" message on the bulk message) - it would be nice if there were contact reports for what was sent and when they received it

we were having issues with our franchisees not seeing our emails (we email often enough that they become blind to our messaging)  by sending them text about the most important events and services they're seeing more of our materials

The software can be a bit on the pricey side, especially if your messaging volume fluctuates each month. When you're sending messages at different rates—some months more, others less—the cost can become unpredictable. This variability in pricing means that it's harder to budget and plan for, as the cost per message or total monthly charge can change depending on usage. While the software offers a lot of powerful features, this pricing structure might not be ideal for businesses with inconsistent messaging needs. The flexibility to scale up or down is great, but it also means that some months could be significantly more expensive than others, potentially stretching your budget if you’re not careful.

**What problems is Mozeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not a large organization, but I do have a loyal set of clients that I want to keep well-informed. Mozeo has been a game-changer for me in this regard. It allows me to send out bulk SMS messages quickly and easily, ensuring that my clients receive the updates they need in a timely manner. Not only that, but it also makes responding to follow-ups much more efficient. Instead of manually handling each individual response or trying to juggle different communication platforms, I can manage everything in one place, streamlining the process.

This has had a significant impact on the amount of time I spend on routine updates and communications. What used to take me hours—sending personalized messages, tracking responses, and following up—has now been simplified into just a few clicks. **What do you like best about Mozeo?**

When shopping for companies to use for text blasts for a large fundraiser we host, Mozeo was the clear winner when it came to being cost effective. I actually just took over the usage of Mozeo this year with no training or insight at all as to what I was doing but it was needed because it’s so user friendly. I had to contact customer service for the first time today and I was very please with not only how fast they responded but how fast they provided a solution to my problem.

I have yet to find a downfall. Mozeo has been great.

Mozeo helps me easily get the word out about our fundraiser and reminds people to purchase their tickets before the deadline.

Mozeo has a great user friendly website and allows many groups to be set up and kept up easily.  And their customer support was super helpful and timely!

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

The length of the messages have to be so short due to the character restrictions so you have to be creative with your wording.  As a work around, if you need to send something more detailed you can always create an attached document so that helps as well.  Also, if you want your name attached to the text that employees receive, you have to use up some of those characters where it would be nice if they saw the user name not the account owner name.

**What problems is Mozeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication between 2 branches AND making sure everyone gets the message whether they have an iPhone or an Android.

I have used Mozeo for my entire career.  It just works with my software and I have not had any problems with it.

Apart from the fact that it costs money to use Mozeo, there is nothing wrong with Mozeo.

I mainly use Mozeo for appointment reminders but have been using it to chat with my patients from time to time.  Patient expect text reminders instead of email nowadays.

It just works and is easy to send and recieve texts. We have always just used it for mass texts. its great that we can reach people in this way and yall keep track of the opt outs.

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

You can't select and save your time zone. you can't go inthere and see what errors are when your uploading contacts into a group. if it fails its very hard to track down a cause of what happened.

the open and click through rate for emails is very dismal. This gives us a way to reach our volunteers that has a higher ROI than other platforms. People want texts over emails, and it makes it feel more personal

Our organization loves the ease of getting a text message out to our participants all at once. Mozeo gives us the ability to create groups, or send to all our contacts and that makes it even more powerful. No more sending scads of individual texts!

The program is quirky about sending messages in Spanish, and not having an app is inconvenient.

**What do you like best about Mozeo?**

That messages can be sent directly from my phone or computer. Using my phone while I'm out working a busy festival makes mass messages to vendors, volunteers, and my team so easy.

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

When sending a message, the default selection is "Send to ALL contacts" when I typically only need to send to a few groups. I have accidentally sent to all of my contacts a few times, and it is confusing to those who are not at or involved with the event I am currently running. If the default option was "choose your groups" that would completely eliminate this mistake from happening. Sometimes you get in a hurry to send an urgent message, and this is a big mistake to make.

**What problems is Mozeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass communication directly to vendors, volunteers, and staff at large events. It would be near impossible to tell all the people at my event about a message (especially if urgent) in a timely manner without a mass texting system.

Able to send texts to our clients in Bulk and customize them.
Able to communicate to clients indiviudally as well.
It is Easy to use, and customer service always surprise me with their awesome service, specially THERESA!!

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

Loved being able to purchase txt in bulk instead of monthly/yearly plans.
would be great to be able to paste  jpgs to individual txt instead of adding them to the whole acct
being able to searching texts
Not sure how to implement all of the Features that Mozeo offers - after reviewing feature ranking realized how many features have been added since i started using Mozeo  - would love to speak with someone to learn how to incorporate it in our workflow.

It is a liitle hard to finally get to the area where you buy addiontal credits.  Make is easer to find them.  May straight on the dashboard.

**What do you like best about Mozeo?**

My boss was reluctant to try text messaging but we needed a way to reach hundreds of employees instantly on a weekly basis. Mozeo's set up costs were minimum and you buy text message units as you need them. They never expire and it's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Mozeo?**

Creating specific subset lists from all your contacts could be easier. You can pretty much only move people one at time from list to list. It would be nice if I could check off 20 names at once and automatically create a mini-list for them.

**What problems is Mozeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to fill specific jobs quickly and we were contacting the employees by phone to see if someone would take a case in a certain location. Now, we just send them a list of open cases for the week and they call us in interested.

I love that you can quickly get into Mozeo without having to wait long periods of time. The messaging is simple, so you dont have to worry about how to find people you need to message. Mozeo is overall a great app!

Its kind of outdated, so might need a newer look in the messaging spot. Otherwise, it is perfectly fine.

Definitely recommend Mozeo if you want a quick and easy access for messaging friends, clients, customers, anyone your heart desires, if they use mozeo, it is compatible to talk to anyone who uses it!

We can text any of our companies clients without having to wait a while until they respond.

Good, easy to use product. Simple to host any and all marketing communications. Primary use is SMS.

Wish the reports section would let us report based on a time frame. If this had been added on we may have considered staying on for a bit longer, but have since moved on to another vendor.

Listen to customer feedback and implement. Use of NPS would be a great addition.

The price per text is very affordable, especially if you have a large amount of people to send a text message too.   There are other great features, such as landing platforms, etc.

The five digit code that it sends from isn't unique to the organization.

The cost per text is one of the best rates I've found in comparison with other companies.

We send text blasts to our 4,000+members.  It has been a great way to communicate outages, alerts, important announcements, etc.  The landing page feature was also great when a text wasn't enough information.
