
I really appreciate that Mosaic 365 is an all-in-one product that simplifies our operations by consolidating various functions into a single platform. This comprehensive approach is particularly beneficial as we use it for all our conferences and manage our association's resources throughout the year. The ease of use is a significant factor in our continued preference for this software over other vendors. Setting up Mosaic 365 was surprisingly straightforward despite taking some months, and the process was made more pleasant due to the excellent support offered by the Mosaic staff, especially during the COVID period when I was working from home. The events module within Mosaic 365 stands out as the most useful feature for us, making our events management easier and more efficient. Furthermore, Mosaic 365 has allowed us to move away from printed programs, fostering greater engagement with attendees who can now check into sessions digitally. This transition has notably increased the efficiency of our operations. I dislike that the company behind Mosaic 365 seems to be moving away from the all-in-one approach that originally attracted us. This shift is not helpful and impacts our operations.
