**What do you like best about MonsterOps?**

MonsterOps makes it easier to run content and marketing like a real operating system instead of a pile of docs and chats. We use Rocks to lock in the big priorities, content calendar readiness, campaign launches, lead goals, and key brand initiatives.

Meetings are smoother because we can run weekly marketing check ins in one place, then turn decisions into To Do items with owners and due dates. That helps a lot when multiple people touch the same campaign, writers, designers, and social. Scorecards are also great for tracking performance in a simple way like content output, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and campaign pacing. It keeps the conversation grounded in results, not opinions.

I also like the speed of progression. The tool keeps improving quickly, and the founder is responsive when we share feedback or need help.

**What do you dislike about MonsterOps?**

Too early to say. We are still getting into a rhythm, and support has been helpful whenever we needed guidance.

**What do you like best about MonsterOps?**

I like that MonsterOps gives structure without feeling heavy. We use it to keep engineering priorities visible as Rocks, then run leadership and sprint-level check-ins inside Meetings so decisions do not stay stuck in notes. The To Do flow is straightforward. Action items get owners and due dates, so execution is easier to track without extra process overhead.

Scorecards are also useful for engineering. We track a few simple metrics like deployment frequency, cycle time, bug counts, and incident follow ups. Having that in one place helps the team stay honest about what is improving and what needs attention.

The product also moves fast. You can feel the speed of progression, and the founder is responsive when we send feedback or request improvements. That responsiveness matters when you are trying to adopt a tool across a team.

Very minimal so far. We are still new to the platform, and nothing has been a blocker. Any small questions we had were handled quickly, and support has been helpful.

Meetings have been the biggest win for me. I walk in with the same scorecard every week, we review the KPIs that matter, log issues when something is off, and leave with clear owners and deadlines. The follow-through is built into the flow, so tasks do not vanish after the call. The functions are not just beneficial for the team leader but for the whole team that boosts everyone's quality of deliverables!

I would love a better integration with our project management (linking milestones), this would really help bridge the gap between execution and leadership. Still the integration with our current project management.

MonsterOps gives me a clear, up to date picture of everything my client cares about without having to chase ten different links. Marketing is spread across brand, demand gen, product marketing, content, partners, and events. Before, I was piecing together information from slide decks, spreadsheets, and random docs just to prep for one leadership meeting.

Now I open MonsterOps and see in one place the key marketing metrics, the main priorities for the quarter, and the open issues that need follow up. As an Account Executive, I like that MonsterOps makes it very clear what the business is focused on and how my deals fit into that picture. Before, priorities were scattered across emails, decks, and random Slack messages. Now I can see the company and team level goals, key metrics, and the main initiatives leadership cares about in one place.

It also makes our pipeline and forecast conversations more productive. In our weekly reviews, we look at a simple view in MonsterOps that shows progress on targets, risks, and the follow ups from last time. I like that MonsterOps gives our support team one clear place to see what is going on. Before, our updates were spread across tickets, spreadsheets, and notes from different meetings. Now I open MonsterOps and I can see our main goals, this week’s priorities, and the issues we need to talk about. It makes our team meetings much easier, because we are all looking at the same screen and the same information instead of guessing who has the latest version. The updates to the tool itself have also been very helpful. New improvements show up often, and they actually make it easier for us to stay on top of our work instead of getting in the way.

MonsterOps gives me one clear place to see what is going on across the whole company before I put anything on our calendar. In cybersecurity there are always a lot of moving parts. Incident work, product roadmaps, sales targets, compliance projects, hiring, and investor updates.

With MonsterOps, I can open the leadership view and immediately see the key metrics, current priorities, and the main issues that are being tracked. When I prepare agendas, plan the week, or get the executives ready for a board or customer meeting, I use that page to make sure we are aligned with what the rest of the leadership team is focused on.

Nothing feels like a real drawback as of now. Everything is smooth and is functional.

What I really like is that MonsterOps makes all of our properties feel manageable instead of overwhelming. I look after several listings for my boss, and each one has its own cleaners, repairs, guest issues, and small projects like updating photos or descriptions. Before, I had lists in notes, messages from cleaners, and reminders scattered everywhere. Now I open MonsterOps in the morning and I can see, in one place, which properties need attention, what we decided to do last week, and what is coming up next. On top of that, the updates to the tool have been genuinely helpful. New features show up that actually make my work easier, and even though it is a relatively new tool, it does not feel unfinished at all. It is efficient, stable, and the features feel very well thought out, which gives me confidence using it every day.

As of now, nothing that really bothers me. We are still early in using it, and it has been simple to fit into how we already work with Airbnb, cleaners, and vendors.

For me, the best part is how it calms my brain down at the start of the day. Our team work across a lot of little pieces: product updates, basic reporting, checking stock issues, flagging customer problems, helping with promos.

Before MonsterOps, I had sticky notes, Google Docs, and a very stressed brain. Now I open one page and see, “Here is our target this week, here are the numbers we are watching, here are the tasks that are still on you.” It is not fancy, but it is clear, and that is exactly what I need.

Honestly, nothing yet. I am still pretty new to it, and so far it has only made things easier, not harder.

**What do you like best about MonsterOps?**

MonsterOps gives us a clean, repeatable way to run leadership across game projects, live-ops, and central teams without adding yet another “gaming-specific” tool to the stack.

At our level, the hardest part isn’t the data. It’s aligning around what we’re actually doing this month and this quarter. MonsterOps has become the place where we keep things neat:

- Simple scorecards (player activity, revenue, stability, sentiment, delivery milestones)
- The key priorities per team
- The issues and decisions from each leadership meeting

When we sit down for our weekly business review, we open MonsterOps and everything we need is there. We don’t spend half the meeting jumping between dashboards, slide decks, and trello boards. It’s made conversations with finance, marketing, and central operations much easier because quickly get on the same page.

**What do you dislike about MonsterOps?**

It’s not built specifically for gaming industry, so you won’t see “live ops,” “seasons,” or “events” language out of the box. We had to name a few things our own way and decide which metrics to pull in. But once we did that, it worked fine. And then again, it's works fine for our leadership meetings.

**What problems is MonsterOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In games, there’s always a fire: a bug, backlash to a balance change, or a live-event issue. We still deal with those, but MonsterOps helps us keep a small set of improvement projects in view at the same time (tooling upgrades, process fixes, quality-of-life changes for players). Because they’re on the agenda every week, they actually move forward instead of being pushed out by the crisis of the day.

We signed up for MonsterOps after getting tired of spreadsheets and random Notion pages. In only a few days, we’ve got leadership priorities, metrics, and issues in one place, and our first weekly meeting was hundred times more productive. You can still see it’s a newer product in a few UI details, but the core idea clicked with the team very quickly.

Nothing major so far. I am still early in using the tool and have not hit any serious drawbacks yet.

What I like most is that MonsterOps gives our leadership team one clear place to run the company, and it works equally well for my HR. I really like how it pulls our CRM work into the same story as the rest of the business. My team spends all day inside the CRM building campaigns, fixing data, and running reports. When we have our weekly review, we open MonsterOps and walk through that page instead of chasing different dashboards and slides. MonsterOps gives us a simple, shared picture of what we are trying to ship, without me having to explain everything in terms of tickets. I live in GitHub and Jira, but the rest of the team does not. In MonsterOps I can see the main goals, the key metrics, and the current priorities in one place, and that is exactly what we use in our weekly check in. It keeps the conversation focused on outcomes instead of just tasks, and it is easy for non technical teammates to understand how engineering fits into the bigger plan.
On top of that, the product is moving quickly in a good way. New features and small improvements show up often, and they tend to be things that actually make our lives easier rather than random clutter. You can tell it is an active tool, not something that was shipped once and left alone.

Nothing meaningful so far. A few labels felt very operations focused at the beginning, but once we renamed a couple of things to match how our team talks, it has been smooth

This tool gives me one clean place to see what is happening across the entire company before I put anything on my executive’s calendar. In data privacy, there are always a lot of parallel tracks: product work, security and privacy initiatives, audits, incidents, customer commitments, and internal projects. With MonsterOps I can open our leadership view and instantly see the current goals, the key metrics, and the open issues that are being tracked. When I prepare agendas, plan the week, or get my executive ready for a customer or board conversation, I use that page as my starting point. It has made my prep work much more focused and has reduced the number of surprises in meetings.

Haven't found anything that I genuinely dislike. We are still in the early stages of using it and it has been straightforward for me to work into my routine.

What I like most is that MonsterOps finally gives our leadership team one clear place to run the business. We used to bounce between decks, spreadsheets, and separate reports for different data. Now our key metrics, quarterly priorities, and issues list all live in a single tool that we use every week.

Our leadership meetings are noticeably sharper: we open MonsterOps, review the scorecards, (growth, loss ratios, cycle times, NPS), check progress on the top priorities, and then work through the issues list. There’s far less time spent asking “where’s that number?” or “who’s actually owning this?” and a lot more time deciding what we’re going to do next.

**What do you dislike about MonsterOps?**

Very little so far. If anything, I’d just like a few more industry-specific templates and examples, but it’s easy enough to customize for our needs.

Weak follow-through on decisions

MonsterOps gives me a clean system for bookkeeping work that normally gets scattered across spreadsheets, inbox threads, and meeting notes. I can set bookkeeping priorities as Rocks, then turn our finance check ins into actual action using Meetings and To Do items. Nothing gets lost after a call because every follow up has an owner and due date.

Scorecards are a big win for me as an EA. I can track key finance health metrics like invoicing status, cash collected, overdue items, refunds, and reconciliation progress in one place. It makes it easier to update the founder quickly and keeps our weekly finance review grounded in numbers, not guesses.

I also genuinely like how fast the tool is improving. You can feel the speed of product progression, and the founder is responsive when we ask questions or share feedback. That level of support matters a lot when you are running important ops like bookkeeping.

Very minimal so far. We are still relatively new to the tool, and I have not run into anything major. When I do have a question, the support chat is quick to help.

I like that MonsterOps gives us one simple place to run our team from. In my industry, there are always a lot of moving parts: different clients, different SLAs, and a long list of daily updates. When I open MonsterOps, I can see our key metrics (AHT, CSAT, backlog), the main priorities for each client, and the issues we need to talk about in our next huddle. For our weekly review with operations and QA, we just put MonsterOps on screen and go down the list. It has made those meetings much more focused and a lot less confusing.
