**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. Monday.com tools make project management and working between sales and operations a more efficient and smoother process. I use Monday.com every day

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

I do not have any real dislikes about Monday.com. Perhaps the only downside is there is a bit of a learning curve to set up project workflows. It is not 100% intuitive but to be fair the learning curve on other platforms is equal or a higher bar.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a global company working across many time frames, Monday.com helps us communicate about projects, workflows and our accounts receivable system. It allows me to quickly see project updates, status and timeframes. I can easily communicate with our operations team about incoming projects - giving them visibily to the sales pipeline.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

I love Monday.com’s simple yet effective user interface, which makes onboarding new employees a breeze. A lot of other project management software can be difficult to navigate, but Monday.com feels intuitive and natural for our team. The wide selection of integrations keeps helping us find new ways to streamline our work, and the built-in AI tools have been an absolute game changer. It’s boosted our performance more than we expected, and now we can’t imagine working without it.

We use Monday.com for project management, HR, CRM, inventory control, and dispatch. Because of that, we’ve been able to replace at least three separate software applications and save a significant amount of money.

Their customer support is always helpful, and there's a wealth of knowledge on the Monday Community Forum.

Overall, it’s well worth the price for teams of any size that want to take their work to the next level.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

The only downside I can see with Monday.com is having to choose between Work Management, CRM, Service, or Dev. Using both Work Management and CRM side by side feels redundant since the two could be combined into one amazing software.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work Management is helping us add transparency to all data and communication that moves through our company. We never miss a single detail.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

It is incredibly customizable while also being easy to use and to show others. I am very tech-minded, so it comes fairly easily to me, but I'm also able to incorporate my teammates who are tech-challenged easily.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

I've been using Monday.com for years and feel it has addressed all the issues I had earlier on (e.g., lack of features in the mobile app). My only current dislike is their constant push for me to use AI, but that is common with any company these days.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday's most important role on my team is to centralize all our communications workflow into one place. We have everything from draft ideas, content calendars, long-term video projects, etc. The ability to upload files, comment back-and-forth, and easily link out to other websites is great. While this started at my non profit as a communications tool, our grantwriters have also begun using it to track grants on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

Its very easy and intuitive to setup a new board for things as simple as a todo list for an individual or team, to as complicated as a full-fledge ECR tracking system.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans.  

Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well.  If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for team and personal task and project tracking, but we also use service desk for tracking maintenance requests, engineering change requests, and potentially IT help desk tickets in the future.

I think one of the main benefits is that it enables tech-savvy users outside of the IT department to be able to setup relatively complicated solutions without help from IT.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

I find monday Work Management really useful for tracking agent performance, including how often tasks are addressed or escalated. It helps us know how team members are performing, whether they are doing well or if they're close to termination. We also keep track of login data, including credentials, start dates, and termination dates, literally housing our entire workstation data. We use it to manage everything about agents, making it an essential tool for us. Setting up boards, items, and sub-items is pretty easy, and despite the initial workload of transitioning to a unified platform, monday Work Management simplifies this process, making it manageable.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

Sometimes when I try to send an email with a link to post into monday Work Management, it just never posts. So, I have to copy and paste the email into Monday or grab a screenshot to have the time stamp. But that's the only real issue I can think of.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use monday Work Management to track agent performance, escalate issues, and manage login data, start dates, and termination dates. It centralizes all our management tasks, housing our entire workstation in one place.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

What I like most about monday Work Management is how it centralizes information and improves execution across teams.

In complex environments like real estate development, there are many moving pieces—construction progress, financing, leasing, and compliance. monday allows us to track all these workflows in one place, which reduces miscommunication and helps prioritize tasks more effectively.

I also appreciate the ability to create customized dashboards for different stakeholders. For example, management can focus on high-level KPIs, while operational teams track detailed tasks. That level of clarity really helps drive accountability and faster decision-making.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

One limitation I’ve noticed with monday.com Work Management is that while it’s very flexible, it can sometimes become overly complex as workflows scale.

As more boards, automations, and integrations are added, it can be challenging to maintain consistency and clarity across teams. Without strong governance or standardized structures, different teams may end up using the platform in very different ways.

That said, I think this is more of a process challenge than a platform issue. With clear internal guidelines and thoughtful setup, this can be managed effectively.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monday.com Work Management solves two key problems for me: lack of centralized tracking and inefficient cross-team coordination.

In real estate development, we often have multiple parallel workstreams—construction progress, financing, leasing, and compliance—and historically, these are tracked separately. This creates delays and misalignment, especially when decisions depend on multiple teams.

monday brings all these workflows into one platform, allowing us to track timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities in real time.

The benefit is that I can quickly identify bottlenecks, prioritize critical tasks, and ensure that teams stay aligned without constant follow-ups. It also helps improve decision-making speed, which is crucial in managing projects with tight timelines and financial constraints.

Monday.com has given us visibility throughout our shop on the status of orders... Given the amount of growth weve seen im not sure how we would have managed without the organization and process this cloud based software has given us.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

Given the fact that monday.com is allways expanding its features and capabilities , which is exiting as it gives you more posibilities , this also creates alot of unexpected changes and can from time to time create a lot of work to find ways to fix or update our processes since we depend alot on the export spreadsheets from monday.com

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monday.com has helped us with consolidateing alot of our programs / software that we previously used to one cloud based software. It has given us the visibility on the floor at each work station to see what jobs need to be done next.. 

This has also allowed us to schedule and plan ahead... 

Monday.com also helps us track how long each process takes with its time tracking feature.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

I think it's such a vast, helpful tool. Once you look try the different tools, filters, views, etc. you really can make tracking/implementing/trafficking/organizing so easy.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. And when I try to make it manually, it doesn't work.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping our cross-functional teams work smarter together. That said, I still think there’s a HUGE learning curve, especially as our teams have grown so much over the last 5 years I’ve been using it at this company. There are definitely more opportunities for basic Monday trainings with our corporate teams, particularly as part of the onboarding process, and that should be a baseline expectation.

For me personally, I use it literally every single day at work. It supports cross-functional partnership, helps me stay organized, streamlines conversations, and also keeps things organized when working with our agencies.

Monday is really easy to use. I also love how simple it is to build and customize it to fit my needs—it’s both impressive and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

Integrations are probably the main area where I’d recommend some improvement. Our company uses Monday as a job life cycle tracking system, and it would be really helpful if it integrated with our CRM, Ring Central, and Outlook calendars. While there are some bits and pieces that do work out for us, it would be so much better if it were a complete system.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has given us a clearer picture of where everything stands in our life cycle. We use the automated email system to send updates to our customers, and while it doesn’t completely fit our needs, it does work. Overall, it has helped streamline our process by reducing the time we spend tracking things down and sending out updates.

**What do you like best about monday Work Management?**

Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company.

UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.

AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.

Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.

I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good.

**What do you dislike about monday Work Management?**

AI helper needs a bit more work on, I had to write very specific prompts for him to actually get a full scope.

Nevertheless, it works, it did get the job done.

**What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me and my team to keep track of all the pending tasks, projects, and events we have.

Before this, we relied on a very manual process. It worked, but it didn’t give us the same level of organization or efficiency that Monday provides us now.
