Monday is a super tool 100% recommended, in our company we save a lot of process time. Easy to set up, we build all the boards using video tutorials. We also connect with other services. We track all our operations through the boards. The most amazing thing for us, the forms. This provides us a flow process from our customer directly. Avoid a double process inside our office. Structure of the platform is very adaptable to my needs. I can quickly create boards for my work, and updates are easy to pop on there. The AI tool is very, very slow. When you ask the AI agent to do anything, it takes so long to think about it that you could do it yourself, or search on Google for how to do it, a lot faster. I love how monday Work Management keeps everything for a campaign organized and together. I really value the communication features and automations that help move campaigns through the process. I wish there was a way to organize files further, like sorting them into folders, or even by types. As someone responsible for program-level visibility across multiple active and pipeline projects, monday.com has made it much easier to break work down into tasks and keep timelines in one place, rather than juggling scattered spreadsheets or status decks. The visual board layout lets me see where each project stands at a glance, and being able to switch between timeline/Gantt views and task-level views is especially helpful depending on whether I’m reporting up to leadership or managing day-to-day execution with the team. What I like best is how flexible it is without becoming complicated. I can set up a board for almost any workflow, whether that's a project tracker, a course build checklist, or a request intake form, and the columns, groups, and automations adapt to how my team actually works instead of forcing us into a fixed process. The biggest drawback is that the pricing scales quickly. Seats are sold in tiers, so a small team can end up paying for more seats than it uses, and some of the most useful features, including the AI tools and advanced automations, sit behind higher plans. There is also a learning curve once boards get complex; the flexibility that makes it powerful means it's easy to build something messy if you don't plan the structure up front. Automation and integration limits on the lower tiers can be restrictive, and the mobile app doesn't offer the full experience of the desktop version. What I like most about monday is how easy it is to actually get work done in one place. The biggest issue for me is the number of small bugs I run into. The duplicate option doesn’t always work as expected, and the timer can be a bit frustrating. Sometimes I start the timer, but the time doesn’t show up unless I refresh the page. The same thing happens with updates from other people on the team, I sometimes have to refresh to see their changes. It’s not a huge issue, but when you’re working in real time, having to refresh the page again and again can get annoying. I’d really like to see the live updates and syncing work more reliably. Everything was fine until we had a subscription issue that required an actual person to resolve it.

Our company had two paid monday.com accounts, and I consolidated one into the other. Before doing so, I specifically confirmed with both their chatbot and a support representative that the unused subscription would be refunded. I was told the refund would be processed within 7–10 business days.

That was April 27, 2026. It is now September 15, 2026, and we still have not received the refund. Every few weeks I get another email apologizing and saying they are “working on it.”

Nearly five months to process a promised refund is unacceptable. The platform itself works well, but their ability to resolve billing issues when human intervention is actually required has been extremely disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about the monday AI Work Platform is how seamlessly it fits into my daily workflow, rather than feeling like a separate tool I have to keep switching to. What I dislike most about the monday AI Work Platform is that its AI features are closely tied to the higher-tier pricing plans, which makes it costly for smaller teams or individual users to access the platform’s full potential. Also, when boards become heavily populated with complex automations and large volumes of data, the interface can sometimes lag or feel overly cluttered. I really like the platform’s performance and versatility. The UI is excellent, and it integrates smoothly with the different apps we use at work. I especially appreciate having easy access to all our information, including records going back several years.

The AI features also make everyday tasks easier and help streamline the way we work. On top of that, the onboarding process is very user friendly, straightforward, and easy to understand.

The only issue I’ve experienced over the years was when we tried to store around 5,000 images on a single board. The platform didn’t crash, but we did notice some performance issues due to the large volume of images. Other than that, my overall experience has been very positive.
