I find the scheduling template in ModMed could be more user-friendly. The current setup requires a repetitive process for creating schedules. I would prefer the ability to create generic schedules for various use and then assign these templates to providers on specific days, which would greatly streamline our scheduling operations. Additionally, the initial setup with the ModMed trainer was a bit rocky before things smoothed out, indicating some room for improvement in the onboarding process.
