In case it helps, the SMS character limits are universal; however, you can still send messages that are longer than the character limits (they will just count as more message credits). Also, when replying to a message, it will only go to 1 user (the user that sent the initial message). What do you like best about Mobile Text Alerts?

It's much simpler than doing something like putting an email together, yet it's more effective in reaching my audience. One of my favorite features is the scheduled messages. This means that you can send out a mass text message at a time of day where most people will be available to look at it, even if you come up with it too late at night or too early in the morning. What do you dislike about Mobile Text Alerts?

I dislike that I personally feel limited in how many text messages I can send out because I want to avoid spamming subscribers. This isn't a fault of Mobile Text Alerts but rather a problem of how others view text messages. It is likely that people would unsubscribe if I sent more than a couple of text messages in a week. However, with the little amount that I send out, it makes it feel like the cost is expensive for the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
