**What do you like best about Mizo?**

Mizo was super easy to implement — we were up and running in no time. I like how it automatically categorizes tickets and helps with assignment through its AI analysis. One of the best features is that it can adjust a ticket’s priority during its lifecycle, which makes it much easier to escalate quickly, stay on top of SLAs, and improve our MTTR.

**What do you dislike about Mizo?**

The biggest challenge isn’t Mizo itself, but getting our techs to change their habits and really use it to their advantage. We had to put some effort into showing the value to our team — but once they adopt it, they quickly see the benefits and really appreciate the help it provides.

**What problems is Mizo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mizo helps us save time on every ticket by automating categorization, assignment, and even adjusting priorities as tickets progress. This makes it much easier to escalate quickly, respect SLAs, and improve MTTR. Another big benefit is how it keeps our techs within guardrails — combining our internal documentation with AI insights so they don’t miss an angle they might not have thought of. Our techs are smart and love solving tickets like puzzles, and Mizo feels like giving them a little ‘cheat code’ to solve them faster and more accurately
