It is a bit complex to learn. I tutorial or something that can be referenced on how to create/ save certain views or how to add multiple firms to a view. Additionally, one issue I had was that I was having trouble finding data until I realized the data was on another source. I use Mixpanel for both broad and micro analysis of user behaviors on our website. I like the ease of use and the ability for team members to create and share their own custom events, properties, and metrics. I also love that with Mixpanel, these custom creations can be flagged as verified, which helps build analytical curiosity and confidence in the data users are reviewing. The autocapture of events is a great feature, allowing us to custom tag site elements that aren't already tagged, and I appreciate the flexibility to apply this custom tagging retroactively, which offers a better sense of change over time. We're using other tools for feature flagging and doing experiments on users. We didn't really like how Mixpanel handled it and found tools that were better for this use case. We haven't really explored much outside of basic user and session tracking. We're not exactly sure how every feature integrates with each other since the offering is very wide. Actually, Mixpanel is mainly for analytics and for naming events. When I used it, there was no support for session replays or feature management flags, and it also didn’t have push notifications or in-app messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
