What do you like best about Mixpanel?

* Easy to Integrate. Took us less than a day to wire it up.

* Works well with our other tooling - Segment, FullStory, Sentry. We sprinkle various IDs as events happen and use custom properties to turn them into links.

* Pipelines is neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

* We are on an old grandfathered pricing plan based on MTUs. Moving to new pricing plan doesn't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mixpanel?

We have been using Mixpanel for a couple of years. I like the simplicity and the ease of understanding the data, creating different kinds of dashboards, and all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mixpanel?

With recent changes in the pricing which makes it event-based, it created an issue like it forces us to think which event to fire always. Our development cycle is involved, so we moved to Amplitude which is based on user-based pricing. Though Amplitude's UI/UX isn't that great as Mixpanel, but we don't have any choices.
