# Which Diversity Recruiting platforms provide standardized workflows and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation?

Scorecards only work if every interviewer actually uses them the same way, which is a harder problem than picking diversity recruiting software that simply has a scorecard feature. Pulling from reviewer feedback, a few platforms keep coming up specifically for this.

Greenhouse: Customizable scorecards tied to defined role attributes are consistently cited as the reason hiring managers stay aligned across interview panels. Does that customization ever become a liability when a fast-growing team needs to update criteria mid-cycle without breaking historical comparisons?

Lever: Reviewers describe interview feedback forms that tie directly into pipeline stages, keeping evaluation consistent as candidates move through rounds.

ClearCompany: Known for structured scorecards built around defined competencies, which reviewers say help smaller TA teams enforce consistency without a dedicated compliance function.

Pinpoint: Reviewers point to its structured interview kits as a way to standardize what gets asked, not just how it gets scored. Does anyone know whether that also applies to structured debrief meetings, or is it mostly a pre-interview tool?

For teams that rolled scorecards out company-wide, what percentage of interviewers actually filled them out completely before you had to start enforcing it?

<p>The harder part is usually adoption, not scorecard design. I’d look for platforms that can require feedback before debriefs, tie scorecards to interview stages, and report on completion rates so consistency is enforced rather than assumed.</p>
