The Marketing Director who coordinated and managed the campaign was nice and communicated clearly the services they provided. The entire campaign was transparent and expectations were clearly outlined. The campaign was a great success and the follow up and continued support was superior. I have made great friendships and fully enjoyed my experience. Thank you AdTaxi! **What do you like best about AdTaxi?** My personal experience using AdTaxi had many upsides. Honesty, clarity, transparency, genuine care, kindness, responsiveness, easy to work. AdTaxi is a great company and I fully recommend them. **What do you dislike about AdTaxi?** I know life is isn’t perfect, but I have to say that I do not have any negative things to say about AdTaxi. Spending my hard earned money on the campaign was a difficult decision, but AdTaxi under-promised and over-delivered in a big way! **Recommendations to others considering AdTaxi:** I don’t place my reputation on the line often. It’s too risky. But I can tell you, if you’re looking for an honest company, who you can rely on to tell you the truth and not just take your money and run, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. **What problems is AdTaxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems I’m solving with AdTaxi’s help is gaining insight on how to properly structure, fashion precise measurements, merge clear expectations, and provide clarity, to my marketing plan. The benefits of AdTaxi’s help has helped me to learn how to set Real Identifiable Goals, short term and long term, and have improved my marketing plan. ### 5. Scam artists! Beware! **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2019 **Describe the project or task AdTaxi helped with:** Paid them for 6 months to provide digital advertising for our business **What do you like best about AdTaxi?** What I liked best was learning the basics of online advertising for myself and finding out how horribly they were ripping us off. **What do you dislike about AdTaxi?** They provided no invoices, nor any data or analytics in regards to their “ad campaigns”. No evidence of split testing (which they said was being performed), no evidence of ad spend, they couldn’t even provide conversion rates or cost per click. Their business model appears to be taking advantage of those unfamiliar with the digital advertising process. **Recommendations to others considering AdTaxi:** Look elsewhere for an advertising/marketing partner. A person with even the most basic understanding of marketing could perform better. They are either terrible at marketing, or downright fraudulent. There can be no other option. **What problems is AdTaxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** AdTaxi took advantage of our ignorance, ran subpar ads, provided zero data to back up their campaigns, and essentially ripped us off for 6 months. They should be ashamed of themselves. ### 6. It would take days to generate a simple report that were able to get from other marketing partners. **What problems is AdTaxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Retargetjng Cart Abandoners and people who visited the site without converting — a lot of potential revenue is attainable here. ### 7. While they do a great job, there are some campaigns I'd really prefer to handle on my own. **Recommendations to others considering AdTaxi:** They are very flexible and helpful, they will adapt to your needs and your way of managing and tracking your campaigns. **What problems is AdTaxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scalable programmatic growth.
