&lt;p&gt;Technical depth would matter most to me once business-critical workloads are involved. A fast acknowledgement is useful, but the real test is whether the first person engaged can understand dependencies, integrations, and failed jobs well enough to move the incident toward resolution. I’d track time to meaningful technical engagement separately from the vendor’s headline response-time SLA.&lt;/p&gt;
