What I least like about Trakstar is that when there is more than one account for the same person. What I like best about the software is cloud-based. It is everything that you can find under your fingertips. The time to exchange the paper review was a hassle for everyone, both to the managers and the employees. The software is easy to maneuver and navigate around once you got the system set up correctly. The only thing that I would have to say is the setup process. It took me a while to get things set up in a way that is closed to our scoring system in the review. We would like to mimic as close as possible the way we conducted performance reviews in the past, and without re-inventing the wheel. Since we kind of custom-made the system close to our original system, therefore, the training video that comes with the software is somewhat different from the way we intended to present it.
