Perform still lacks any real integration, which has caused an increased workload from our team to manage an application that does not have the basic functionality to update all fields by API or SFTP upload. The new UI has also made Mitratech less appealing and less functional for admins and end users.

Although simple to use when performing reviews, our a group of our executive managers have elected not to use Mitratech Perform as they do not like the interface, cannot trust the system to ensure uploaded documents are not seen by other individuals (including admins), and do not like the interface of having to click the correct tab to do a review. We enjoy the 360-review process. Employee performance reviews are thorough when you utilize the manager review, employee review, and peer review features. We value how customizable the Perform platform is. We did a full revamp of our reviews, which was a big undertaking, but using the Perform program made it manageable.
