## Mission Control Reviews
  ### 1. All-in-One Project Management Natively Inside Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The best thing I like about this Mission Control platform is that it brings the overall project management and professional service operation directly into our Salesforce platform, which eliminates the switch between multiple systems and makes the entire workflow easier. Since this platform is built natively on the Salesforce platform, all customer, project, financial and resource data lives in a single place. This helps overall, creating a single source of truth across the organisation. This platform also offers an impressive depth of functionality, including Gantt charts and resource scheduling to time sheets. Also, their expense tracking, issue and risk management and invoice management, despite being feature rich it is highly configurable and allowing or organization to customise workflows, fields and processes to match our operational requirements.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Since this platform is designed to support complex professional service workflow, there can be a certain complex learning curve during the initial implementation phase, which is a bit unfamiliar and more technical for new users who are not familiar with Salesforce. Without onboarding or any support from the Salesforce team, this will be a bit of a hassle in understanding the relationship between projects, milestones, resources and financial components.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of their advanced report on configuration may also require sales force administrative knowledge to fully leverage their platform capabilities.
This platform helps us by solving the problem of managing the entire professional service life cycle from project initiation to delivery, and also financial tracking, all in a single ecosystem. Earlier project plans and resource scheduling, along with time sheets and risk management where managed across separate tools, this was leading to inefficiencies and reporting gaps. Now, by consolidating everything with Salesforce, we have improved our visibility into project performance, resource utilization and even financial health. Overall, this has improved our performance in regard to management operations, which gives us complete visibility and clarity and helps us in making effective decisions with quickness and ease.

  ### 2. Highly Customizable, Smooth Onboarding, and Easy Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Control is highly customizable and offers feature sets very similar to solutions that are twice the price. The onboarding was smooth and helpful. We had a lot of questions and concerns and they always responded with patience and kindness. The interface is very customizable for our needs and the integration with our Opportunity flows in Salesforce was easy to deploy. We had a lot of historical data and it's handling it without any performance issues.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I don't have any dislikes, but we're definitely looking forward to trying the AI features and the enhance integration with Accounting Seed.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest challenge was gaining clear visibility into our projects, from delivery health to financial analysis. We evaluated solutions outside of Salesforce, but ultimately chose Mission Control because of its tight integration with the Salesforce platform.

  ### 3. Great Tiered Relationships, but Needs Clearer Guidance to Use MC Fully

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

So far, I'm a fan of the tiered object relationships that allow me to categorize my work better than other project management systems I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I was not involved in the initial build, but have now been working on clean up, and there are a lot of fields and features we never used or maybe didn't set up correctly, but I'm removing a lot from layouts and would have liked to know better how to utilize MC to its fullest.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that I can post messages on the checklist items and actions and tag other team members so we can keep work flowing without needing to use multiple systems to communicate and track.

  ### 4. Mission Control Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The status of jobs is clearly visible, and it is easy to see the status of current project. The UI is easy to use and clean to look at.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

One thing I dislike about Mission Control is limited customization options. Also one person with a license has access to all projects, there is no access control.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our business, we use Mission Control for tracking/managing all files that our customers upload to our product.

**Official Response from Colin Johnson:**

> Hi Jeff, thanks for the review. Regarding your comment about users having access to all projects, this is incorrect. You're able to control which projects each User has access to. You can control access right down to the individual field level.

If you would like to have more information on how you can achieve this, please feel free to reach out to our customer success team.

  ### 5. great experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony C. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Ease of Implementation, Ease of Integration

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

There is nothing I dislike about Mission Control

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

various

  ### 6. Adaptable project management system with excellent customer service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diane H. | Director of Digital Engagement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Control brought structure to our processes while being adaptable to various project management styles. Our team appreciates the range of views from Gantt charts to lists and kanbans. Our sales and operations leaders appreciate the first-time data we’re getting to inform business decisions. We don't have an internal IT team to modify, maintain, and troubleshoot our tech stack. We’ve been learning as we go with the help of trusted partners like the Mission Control support team. Their quick response, plain language explanations, and face-to-face meetings have helped our admins become nearly self-sufficient!

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Mission Control doesn't have the streamlined appearance of other project management systems because it's built on the Salesforce platform. This was a change management hurdle for us initially. We continue to look for ways to realize automation and reduce the number of clicks. Mission Control comes with a couple of resource capacity planning tools. Unfortunately, the number of records we generate can bog these down or make them unserviceable.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Mission Control, our project management functions spanned four unintegrated applications, and we collected data inconsistently. Salesforce was part of our existing tech stack, and we wanted to leverage its functionality. By integrating Mission Control, we gained a single line of sight: opportunity > project actuation > project management > resource management > billing > reporting. This transformation has significantly matured our small company, setting us up for growth with reliable data to guide our decisions.

  ### 7. A flexible and comprehensive professional services automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florence C. | Client Systems Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

1. Centralized Data and Integration:
Mission Control integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce, and provides us with a unified view of all our data. It has resolved our previous issues with siloed systems and provides us with comprehensive business analysis.

2. Flexibility and Customization:
The platform’s flexibility allows us to tailor features to our specific needs. This customization was a key factor in our decision to choose Mission Control.

3. Ease of Implementation:
Despite having no formal technology background, I was able to implement Mission Control successfully without external help. Mission control has great resources and a responsive and helpful support team which helped me deliver the initial implimentation of select features on time.

4. Excellent Support:
I can't stress enough how great their support team is.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

No dislikes. I think this is a well-priced software with a great team behind it. Also, any constructive feedback I have of the software is continuously gathered by my account manager who checks in regularly.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Mission Control, we didn’t have one centralized place to see our customer or project data. In our old world, information existed in separate systems and we couldn’t create consolidated reports which impacted our ability to efficiently deliver our work and quickly analyze the health of the business.

We spent a lot of time researching potential solutions and discovered there weren’t many solutions that met all our requirements. Eventually, we were introduced to Salesforce and its ability to combine its power as a CRM with Mission Control and other Salesforce-native tools we needed.

  ### 8. Comprehensive and thoughtful project management tool set.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom S. | Vice President of Products and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Contriol provides a comprehensive set of tools for us to track projects and link them to our own objects that we use to manage invoicing. Our main use case has been to track proejected versus actual hours, so we rely heavily on time reporting in Mission Control. No one lloves time entry, but Mission Control provides flexible tools to make it as painless as possible to enter time and easy to track and report on time at all levels.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Setting up projects takes time and for us has been highly manual. The object model to go from projects to logged hours is 4 levels deep, so that provides some flexibility but also complexity. We know there are tools and templates that could be used to simplify this process, but for us up to this point project set-up has been a pain point we hope to address in the future.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mission conrtol is helping us track billable time to projects and ensure we get invoices out to our customers that are complete and accuratw with back-up details.

  ### 9. Comprehensive Professional Services Automation & Project Management Tool within Salesforce ecosystem

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kai C. | Service Designer | Design Thinking Facilitator & Coach | Organizational Strategic Design Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It ties together time logs, project management tools, and operations costs in one place within the Salesforce environment which is handy. The capabilities and features are vast, so it does take some time to get things set up and running.

Our SF admin found it easy enough to install and integrate with Salesforce, and our project manager and I as the project lead were able to get the basics set up, and are managing to set up customizations. Once we ramp up, we'll be using this with all of our projects.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The limitations of some of the UI and UX is due to Salesforce environment. Being that I don't use SF much and haven't had to, it's been a bit of a learning curve to learn both and understand which side the challenges lie, SF or MC, in order to ask the right questions and with the right support team.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to streamline (reduce) the number of independent tools we were using as a small company of remote employees and be given the opportunity to better manage projects, analyze costs of business, profitiability and help highlight risks does arise from independent decisions upstream. Having these data captured and having the ability to produce reports will help us to improve resource planning, profitability and standardize our service delivery journey for our clients.

  ### 10. Mission Control Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janesa V. | Sr. Project Manager - IT Development, Lightpath, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Being able to navigate through project overviews, GANTT, kanban (whiteboard and checklist) under one toolbar is very useful. Our softward development team uses Agile Accelerator so being able to link the projects to Mission Control with the development in AA helps give us a more comprehensive snapshot of our project statuses. I also really like having the ability to easily create a polished, PDF status report with the click of a button. It has saved me many labor hours when having to report out to our business.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

It can be clunky and a little temperamental. There are some features that could work more intuitively, such as chatter rolling up from actions and checklists to the project level. We use it more for project planning and tracking so don't use some of the time tracking and billing features.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having Mission Control within Salesforce, one of our primary applications and being able to seamlessly integrate with data from other Salesforce native apps allows us to better manage our projects. We are always striving to find the one project management tool that meets all of our needs.

  ### 11. Meets our needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** crystal R. | Software Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission control allows us to have salesforce as our one source of truth. Our projects are available on our CRM platform as the app is integrated. It allows us to create projects from templates and build them in various different ways. The report can send automatically, which means that I don't need to remember to send it. You can archive projects once they are complete. The support from the team at aprika is always really good, and they will log a call to go through bits and send links to their training and guides.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

It can be quite cumbersome to learn and many colleagues have to reach out to me to ask questions. Also, when new features are added, they aren't necessarily on when deployed so you need to know to activate them.
The project report could do with improving, and including the phases would be useful.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to track the project budget and how the projects are performing. They report and gantt chart being exportable means that we can move away from manual spreadsheet reports and move more toward automation.
Time tracking can be applied and so this also gives a good overview of what takes the longest and how we can accomodate for it in the future.

  ### 12. Great project management solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Control has a lot of great features. The Project Status Report has provided so much confidence in our clients with its professional and attractive layout, it really has given us an edge. The ease of using templates to spin up a project has really cut down on the time needed to prepare the projects as well.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I have found that the checklist screen can be a bit clunky.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a central locatoin to track our many projects. Quite a few of them are the same type of project with the same steps so creating templates made that process so easy. I usually have 5-10 projects going simultaeously so this is a fantastic way to track my work and what deliverables are needed in one easy to navigate place. I rely heavily on the daily report and the Project Status report to inform stakeholders and keep the project on track.

  ### 13. Program Manager and Product Manager user of mission control.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Senior Product Line Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission control is linked to sales force and allows for the sales team to link projects to opportunities. Allowing the product manager and sales team to easily track how the funnel / workload is changing since I am using mission control daily. The projects are easy to follow in the Gantt chart and the whiteboard makes effortless to update. Plus you can link tasks to projects to ensure one off tasks are not forgotten. The ability to make custom reports helps for tracking the progress as well.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Being able to email out reports to someone without mission control access would be nice to have. We have a larger team and some people only need to see a report exported once a week or once a month. It seems to be more difficult to mirror new users with access rights. We have the account mirrored but they don’t get the same functionalities. So you need to go back and request a lot of changes and need to figure out what settings have to be changed to do so.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track projects on a daily basis and have them all compiled into one place to easily track trends for business strategy planning.

  ### 14. Nice PM tool, running on Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge A. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Being a Salesforce consulting partner, Mission Control allows to trace all project statuses and be able to have at a glance visibility on the future occupation of our team members. Moreover, the fact that it runs in Salesforce, makes it very easy to integrate it with other data, like our employees, Service Desk tickets, etc.
Also, customer support has been very helpfull and reactive when we've come into issues.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The Gantt chart functionality I find it a bit lacking compared to other PM tools, like MS project.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that allowed us to track time spent per project, to allow us to have visibility on future consultant occupation, so we could easily see when we can start a new project. Also, we wanted a PM tool that allowed to share with our custoemrs in an easy manner what is the project status, issues log, acitvities performed, etc. Finally, we didn't want to spend a lot of time building integrations to other tools, like the HR data or our Service Desk tool that we use to track our custoemr support acitvities, which runs on Salesforce.

  ### 15. The Best and Most Comprehensive Project Management Tool built on Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnold D. | Chief Technology Officer & Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I like how it caters to all the different ways a project could run and all aspects of Project Management that it incorporates.
The ease of integration is flawless and the quick click and configure features make it very logical and efficient for implementation. Its the one tool that is used daily in our business. It has the ability to link to both the Sales and Support business units in a business and the team has a knowldgebase that that explains everything in detail making customer support a breeze.
It also considers billing and provides a way for automated Project Updates and visibility to the client the project is for. Paired with a Document Generator and an Account System integrations it can help small, medium and enterprise ustomers keep their projects on track.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

At this time there is nothing I have found that I dislike based on how its used in our owne business and the use cases we have built for our customers that also use this platform.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us stay on top of project being delivered for our customers.

  ### 16. Comprehensive and Efficient Tool for Project Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheril S. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Its ease of use.Its ease to navigate. The Dashboards are great.User Manual/ Help Documents are great.
The features like Resource Planner and Utilisation reports help us in our day day activities.
The Customer support team is really prompt.Whether it’s a quick question or a major issue, the support team is always available and ready to assist. Their ability to provide timely and effective solutions has significantly enhanced our experience with product.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Overall, I have no negative feedback to provide.
It is a bit overwhelming at the start to use, as any new tool would be. Once you get the hang of it and all the features it makes the Project Management activities very efficient.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Management and Resource Planning

  ### 17. Solid consulting firm tool for high-level tracking of project teams and budgets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Powerful tool for our small consulting firm juggling 30-40 projects and 15-18 consultants at any one time. I like picking up from closing a Won opportunity and easily building Project teams, hours, budgets etc. Timesheets work well, and billing detail reports and project balance reports give us most of what we need for month-to-month management. The limited charts are not intuitive to me, but I've created a Power BI connection via API and can now get a lot of insight into our sales and billings.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

We are a small consulting firm and only use about 25% of the tool, not able to go down the rabbit holes of resource planning, gantt charting every project, or running billing through the MC platform. No idea how to even use the Whiteboard, but doesn't look like a good alternative to more popular project management tools. For what we do try to use, somewhat rigid concepts underlie some tools and make them a poor match for us, such as Utilization rates and Holiday management not really fitting our schema - ability to (easily) customize the rules would be nice. Also, rates adjustments are tricky - our rates are pretty flexible and we have a hard time adjusting billing and cost rates in the middle of long, ongoing projects. The Manage Rates tool only does so much, and creates discrepancies between the rates found on the Action and the Time Logs. Apologies if some of this amounts to human error, but no IT experts on staff here, and after a few years and a few support calls, these minor challenges remain for me.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time tracking which consultant teams are on which projects, with their billing and hours balances.

  ### 18. Implementing Mission Control in a short period of time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It is easy to be implemented and customizable to match the user expectation, it has a space for improvement but the strucutre is good.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

having only 3 levels of actions hierarchy is a somehow limit the scheduling capabilities, it also need some additional views such as have a task based view, resource based view, and hours estimated view within the Gantt chart tab as it will be easier to be used. the views are there but in a different tabs and yet you cant update them easily, but having them in the same view will help the user to make the changes quicker.

its a not a showstopper at all, but it is recommended

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving the issue of having multiple platforms that needs to be integrated to combine both Commercial and Operational side. with Mission Control, you can manage both Commercial using the Salesforce Platform, and the Operational part, using Mission Control.

  ### 19. Great experience! Good for firms or businesses with multiple clients!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I am one of the Mission Control administrators for my Firm. Once getting the hang of it, I was able to use Mission Control to make us more efficient. Mission Control allows us to track our finances, budgets, tasks, client projects, and more! It provides a one stop for all information. Another item we really enjoy is how you are able to follow a client from being a lead all the way to the final billing of a project in a simple process. We use Mission Control daily and it is a key function in our Firm!

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Because Mission Control offers multiple items to either track information or create information, it can get confusing and unorganized. You have to work with your team to use it for what you need it for and "hide" the items you don't need. Another thing we have trouble with is the reports as you sometimes cannot bring in certain fields that you need. You can make a custom one but that is starting from scratch and it requires a lot more work. However, I have reached out to support multiple times to assist with these items and each time, I get the help I need in a fast and kind manner!

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mission Control solves timekeeping and client project management from the start to finish.

  ### 20. Project Management Solution - Mission Control by Aprika

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzaffar S. | Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It is very useful in our context to track the time logged on each individual project activity. The layout is clean and efficient. The real time collaboration also helps to track the project metricies. Task assignments are straightword and easy to manage,

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The role allocations are at times not easy to track and control. There should be a mechanism to distribute time equally on the basis of start and end dates and holidays.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track key metrics, monitor project health, and identify potential bottlenecks early on. Its seamless integration with Salesforce, comprehensive features, and excellent support make it a must-have for any organization looking to enhance their project management capabilities.

  ### 21. Powerful tool for Project Management/Professional services.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Tool and the service support we have received during the transition and implementation was great. Great new features are getting introduced based on the feedback provided along with customer support to learn them. In general, Mission Control provides strong features and an intuitive user interface that make project management operations easier. With customised lists, subtasks, and dependencies, it excels at task management and makes project planning and execution more efficient. With built-in feed, file sharing, and @mentions, the tool improves teamwork. Workflow continuity is guaranteed by its smooth connection with SFDC. Though some learning may be necessary to fully utilise the complex features, offers intelligent reporting and analytics to help with decision-making. Its capacity to streamline project workflows makes it an invaluable tool for teams looking to improve efficiency and communication.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Nothing major. very few features are too granular. I always think something is better than nothing so works for me.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems. User experience and reporting is what we have realized in last 5 weeks i.e since we launched Mission Control.

  ### 22. Good with lots of improvement potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Control is a great tool that integrates with Salesforce to make it feel like a seamless experience.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

There should be more advisement and push to set up the system due to their recommendations. Given the customer the full choice can lead to bad habits and clean up log term to get the system optimally running. Additionally, since MC is a separate license from SF, it has to be provisioned and can be difficult to share information with folks across the team without a license. Dashboards are helpful for this but are fully custom.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage all of our projects through Mission Control and it has a decent UI for time logging. There are alot of clicks and rendering that occurs in the background that can make things feel slow, but overall, we are leveraging it as a tool to help us manage and have oversight on all of our projects.

  ### 23. Mission Control enables our business to seamlessly manage Sales, Projects and Billing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth B. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

That it is built on Salesforce giving our business an enterprise platform that is easy to configure and has all the related platform advantages. Such as integration, reporting, security and scalability. The Support is incredible also.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Its a big platform - deciding what to deploy and ensuring that we aren't overwhelming our business.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring that we enter data in once and then allowing us to rapidly build projects based on templates, Ensuring that we are resourcing our projects appropriately and integrating into our accounting package, It saves us enormous amount of time and reduces errors.

  ### 24. Service is amazing!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pauline G. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The smooth integration with salesforce and the ease of use in general. We use this daily for tracking all projects. The customer support is tremendous.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I would like to be able to modify (clone) some of the standard objects to allow us to modify the flow to fit our business model. The initial implementation was helpful but we found the training to be "ok" when it came to explanation of some of the features

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all internal expenses (against a customer project or not), holiday allowance and tracking, project tracking and billing triggers.

  ### 25. Mission Control Centralizes Our Sales and Operations Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared S. | Client Services Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I like that our data for operations and sales comes out of the same system. I love how responsive Aprika support is, particularly Lexi and Jenniah. I like the automation it offers with weekly status reports. I feel that they are consistently rolling out new features and fixing bugs that pop up along the way.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The inability to view data from MC objects in reports for non-licensed MC users.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to report on commercial team activity and integrate it with the implementation team's reporting much betterthan any other tool.

  ### 26. Extensive solution for service providers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter S. | Managing Director and Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The solution enables us to manage pretty much every aspect of our projects and team utilisation, specifically we use the Gantt chart and resource planning capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

It has so many features that it can be pretty overwhelming initially. We had to turn off a lot of the features that we didn't need in order to be able to usefully work with the solution

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed the ability to be able to change project plans easily to reflect the realities of our projects. Also, I needed better oversight on my teams utilisation.

  ### 27. Beneficial project management tool for using Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Etasha S. | Front-End Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission Control revolutionized our project management experience within Salesforce. It assisted me from detailed planning to resource management and invoicing, to optimising our processes and enhancing teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

An issue often experienced is the generation of intelligent reports that requires a lot of effort. Every Custom report takes a long time to prepare as it sometimes needs the intervention of the IT or the product support team.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mission Control integrated all of our project management tools into Salesforce so that we no longer needed separate systems and Excel sheets. This has enhanced the ways in which teams communicate, the visibility of projects, and productivity.

  ### 28. Great support, a little clunky.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The Customer Support is the best I have experienced. They get back to you right away and really research whatever issue you have. They make sure you are satified with whatever answer or solution they give you.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Not enough control over the Project Overview page and tabs. You can't use SF Lighting Pages to adjust things.
The performance is slow for the Scheduler and Gantt chart because of the size of our company.
The Gantt chart is REALLY touchy and often freezes on you.
There are save buttons all over the place. It is hard to know what action requires a Save and where the Save button is going to be be.
The screen size is not carefully considered in many situations. A popup can be hidden or there is lots of scrolling that hides buttons, etc. Our company is in the range of 1-500 and that seems to give MC trouble with how many things are going to be on the page (like Actions on the timesheet) and how to show everything more effectively.
Timesheets are easy to mess up and hard to correct. The page needs a redesign to make Actions closer to the hours and easier to read. This needs rethinking.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making an app for Timelogging since the Timesheep page has not been user friendly.

  ### 29. Full Featured PM on SF Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam T. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

MC comes out of the box with many features that can get you started almost immediately. Being on SF also means there's lots of scope for customisation and integration into the rest of your business workflows and processes. Support is always good from Aprika.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

A few of their custom screens are a little difficult to get used to and/or customise and if you've already got an established SF org it can be a little tricky to align reports/data etc. But all totally workable and much better than almost all other PM SF platform solutions.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a solid PM tool on SF allows us as a Salesforce partner to automate many processes around our delivery and billing.

  ### 30. Most professional Project Management Tool for Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I really like the professional way how Mission Control deals with the whole area of project management on the Salesforce base. I especially really think that overviews, like the Gantt-Chart or the chargeability report, are very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Sometimes, due to the architecture or the wide degree of flexibility, the data model is a bit complex and requires extra work. On the other side, this allows a maximum of flexibility to the user / customer.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do our whole project management in Mission Control as this is our main business. The most important benefit was to have a single source of truth for all project tasks and status.

  ### 31. Great Professional Services Application for SFDC Organizations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Director of Professional Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The ability to build out and automate key performance data, as well as building dashboards, and reports for overall management of your ongoing projects.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Some of the documentation is not always as intuitive as you'd like. Having to live in a large SFDC environment, the permissions and ability to manage the users/roles and permissions can at times be challenging.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Observability of role utilization, project metrics, and historical insights.

  ### 32. Good software, with quick updates improvements always in the works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The training resources available online, with guides and videos are extremely helpful for new users.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Some of the steps can be cumbersome, many clicks for the same action. It can also be a slow platform to work on with lag times.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mission Control has been a great starter platform for Project Management with our company. We have been able to capture many of the processes happening, but through the Gantt chart, now have a visual for it. They have been quick to solve some of the issues that we run into and have implemented solutions or offered updates to the platform regularly.

  ### 33. Easy to use with great native features and customisation options.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riordan B. | Delivery Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

That it is native to salesforce and has a lot of useful features for managing projects and improving user quality of life.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I would like to see more features that allow the uploading of formatted excel documents for data entry.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to track a large amount of actionable items against timeframes for their completion. Manage capacity and reduce mental load.

  ### 34. It is missing a few features that I think would improve my experience but overall it is a good tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wayne W. | Project Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It helps me with my job tracking and reminders on when things are due

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I use the text field a lot and I would like to have it with a filter function to remove unwanted information in it.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It assists me with tracking supplier lead times and if the delivery times are getting met.

  ### 35. Mission Control Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddy B. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Ease of assigning tasks and changing dates

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

I don't think that people in the next step aren't notified once the task is now in their queue because the person before them marked the task as complete.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Mission Control to allow everyone on our team to see all the projects that are running through the company.

  ### 36. This user interface is horrible. I hate it so much. Look at Asana, be more like that.

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It seem to be configurable. I like adding dependancies, but the interface is atrocious. It is so tedious to make changes. I can't really point to a specific think that I like, because all the things like templates and such that I would have said I liked, Asana does and looks better.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

We also use Asana and let me tell you I am pushing hard to move everything to Asana. There is some functionality in Mission Control that is not in Asana, but it is such a pain to work in this user inerface that I am willing to sacrafice those features. There isn't a way to share projects with Clients. We need that. Asana has that.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of what is due when.

  ### 37. Overall good experience, some small fixes would make user experience much better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina S. | Marketing Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Gantt Chart to see al milestones and actions gives a great overview for project manager

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

having to click the SAVE button after each action/milestone change. Should be automatic or easier to save

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me plan projects, expenses in an easy way, lets me lof time to allocate resources properly

  ### 38. Exceptional Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlotte M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I love that I have access to the team at Mission control via their support contact page. Its simple and easy to add your question and concerns. A friendly informative response is provided with in a reasonable time. They also take their time to explain along with visuals to assist me with any questions and concerns.
In addition, I love their campfire session, where you can learn/understand different aspects of mission controls on your time in a short easy sessions

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Sometimes I find things are too granular and can be complicated to determine administratively. I find you have to stay on top of the manage forecast to ensure updates are saved correctly

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing client management projects across a 60-person operations team

  ### 39. Great Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalibor P. | Senior Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

I like the smooth intergration and easy setup. Mission Control is customizable and the ramp-up phase was really short.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Sometimes there are issues with some modules...

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick status overview in dashboards. Everyone in the organization has almost every info about projects within one, two clicks...

  ### 40. Mission Control CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Financial Account Specialist, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Mission control is an all-in-one CRM. Convenience is what this platform offers as you can connect thru a customer and check their account status as well.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

It's something that can be improved. Web mission control is very manual unlike the mission control app. Web MC needs to be manually refreshed to welcome tickets or to see if there are tickets.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an all-in-one CRM. Using it offers convenience so you don't have to open tabs for platform integration.

  ### 41. Very interesting and great features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sabarish S. | Associate Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

What I like best about Mission Control is its ability to seamlessly manage and organize multiple windows, providing an efficient and streamlined workflow.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

One aspect I dislike about Mission Control is that it can sometimes be unresponsive or glitchy, disrupting the workflow. Proper regression testing should be done before releasing to production to ensure that any updates or changes do not introduce new bugs or negatively impact user experience.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging time management and role utilization report

  ### 42. Satisfied user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

The software allows us, as a team, to manage our projects efficiently and maintain an internal process that works for us all, that includes making sure data are complete and properly accounted for.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The interface could benefit from a more aesthetic and user-friendly design.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the firms internal accountant, it helps me track status and details of a project that I mostly use for report preparation and billing. We also use the software for time management.

  ### 43. Great add-on to Saleforce and a must for Project Managers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

Management of projects and very simple and easy to use time logging feature

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

Search functionaility a bit hit and miss on project names - inputs have to be very accurate for MC to find in a search. Some of the user interfaces are a bit clunky.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides visibility of all projects moving through our organization, with clear milestones, action items and key deliverables. Provides Gantt chart for clear visual rendering of job status.

  ### 44. Very powerfull PM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petya G. | Customer Success coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Mission Control?**

It can be used for "waterfall projects" as well as for agile. You can manage the backlog at one hand and the resources. What I like is that you can define community access for your customers and limit the level.of details you would.like to expose.

**What do you dislike about Mission Control?**

The definitions of not all the components are intuitive, but you can always address to support.

**What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backlog and resources allocation follow up for our ongoing projects.

  ### 45. a bit complicated at first sight, but powerful and effective when you get used to it

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

There is not enough information regarding regular updates to determine how those updates might impact our organization.

Visibility to cross-functional project stakeholders.
