The platform also allows users to create and structure projects effortlessly and is incredibly intuitive to navigate overall. **What do you dislike about Mission Control?** I would say the gantt chart is a bit difficult to use in regards to timeline editing. Also would like greater ability to customize standard objects/features. **What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously had a problem capturing time logs from various roles in many locations internationally. We wanted a solution that integrates well with Salesforce and with Mission Control a native solution it was perfect! Our use of Salesforce increased, the quality of data captured improved and now we have complete visibility of the projects we are working on in the ONE system. We particularly love the Scheduler, Skills, Gantt Chart and Timesheet features. The team at Aprika are super responsive and have been fabulous to work with! **What do you dislike about Mission Control?** It is hard to find something we don't like with Mission Control... in some cases it is tricky to trouble shoot where the project financials seem incorrect, but mostly it is due to a data entry error, not a system error! We are working on reports to identify these issues. **What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used Mission Control to solve the problem of managing small and large projects in the one system. Mission Control allows us to track the performance of individual projects and how we're operating as a whole. It also provides our clients with the detailed project information they've wanted for years. **What do you dislike about Mission Control?** This dislike is 100% nitpicking, but some areas of Mission Control still use the Salesforce Classic interface. No biggie but sometimes it confuses users. **Recommendations to others considering Mission Control:** Play around with the trial site on the Salesforce AppExchange. It was a great starting place to learn how to use Mission Control. **What problems is Mission Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consolidating our Project Management information with our CRM in Salesforce is giving everyone in the business a 360° view of what is going on.
