I'm not sure we could 'compartmentalize' for each subject. I want to make documents available for a team, only for that team and not the whole School. It's easy to use but not very intuitive.

What I dislike about Microsoft SharePoint is that it can sometimes feel a bit complex for new users, and the navigation isn’t always very intuitive at first. Native SharePoint workflows used to be very useful and convenient. Now Microsoft has shifted to Power Automate and other Power Platform tools, which you have to pay for. We used to be able to do much more with the native SharePoint workflows without any additional cost, but now it’s essentially the same capability under a new name—Power Automate—and you’re expected to pay for it. I think Microsoft Sharepoint is easier to use than using the shared drives on the organizations computers. I find that being able to open share point via both program and browser gives you two options to access, in case something is faulty. I personally like that I can open share point in the web browser and find the interface easier and the performance is faster to use than using the microsoft apps.
