"All-in-One Communication and Scheduling That Keeps Me Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like best about Microsoft Outlook is how it keeps communication and scheduling organized in one place. The integration between email, calendar, and task management makes it easy to manage meetings, deadlines, and daily priorities without needing multiple tools. I especially like the calendar features, which allow me to schedule meetings efficiently, set reminders, and coordinate with teams while seeing availability in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

One of the things I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when managing a high volume of emails, meetings, and notifications at the same time. It can take extra effort to keep inboxes organized, and important messages can occasionally get buried if filters and folders are not carefully maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Email Management with Beneficial Recall Feature"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

I really like Microsoft Outlook for its ability to bring multiple helpful tools into one email platform. This feature significantly saves my effort and time. The recall tool, in particular, is a standout for me because it allows me to modify or redirect emails sent to the wrong recipient, which is incredibly beneficial. Additionally, the time management and integrated communication features are very useful for enhancing my workflow and productivity. I also appreciate the seamless access to other Office tools like Word and Excel, which integrate smoothly with emails, improving efficiency across different tasks. The ability to link Microsoft Outlook with OneDrive for archiving emails and managing large attachments is another feature that I find extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I dislike the complexity of controlling the front face of emails when I want to reprint them, as it isn't straightforward or user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Office 365 and the New Outlook"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Outlook is comfortable and known, which makes operation easy and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Update to previous review: Microsoft is pushing Office 365; however, the online version doesn't permit having multiple email accounts on one screen. It is necessary to sign into each email account when using the online version of MS Outlook. Another issue is the push to the "New Outlook". The New Outlook lacks the functionality of sorting an inbox, and the number of deleted messages has been reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the new updates on Microsoft Outlook which have provided a clearer overview of my emails. The ability to access multiple email accounts and the folders on the sidebar makes it easier to jump between accounts when information comes in to different accounts. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the feature for consolidating calendars within the office and personal ones particularly helpful so I don't miss anything. I have a difficult time creating groups to have for emails. I've tried to create a group to send emails out regularly, and when I try to add people, it shows that they don't exist, yet I'm able to send emails to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the desktop app can feel a little heavy and slow, especially if you're dealing with a lot of emails or shared mailboxes. It also allows for straightforward integration with helpful apps, such as Amazon Chime, Microsoft Team Meetings, and productive GenAI applications that boost overall workplace efficiency, like Amazon Quick Suite - Agentic AI application.
