What I like best about Microsoft Outlook is how it keeps communication and scheduling organized in one place. The integration between email, calendar, and task management makes it easy to manage meetings, deadlines, and daily priorities without needing multiple tools. I especially like the calendar features, which allow me to schedule meetings efficiently, set reminders, and coordinate with teams while seeing availability in real time. One of the things I dislike about Microsoft Outlook is that it can sometimes feel cluttered, especially when managing a high volume of emails, meetings, and notifications at the same time. It can take extra effort to keep inboxes organized, and important messages can occasionally get buried if filters and folders are not carefully maintained.
