**What do you like best about MiaRec?**

MiaRec is a platform which offere a wide range of combination which is easy to manage,reliable with good funtionalities.Contact center use miarec to do more with less human interation. It is easy to implement and integrate with the existing platform.

**What do you dislike about MiaRec?**

There is nothing to dislike about the miarec. It is the one of the best automation platform which i ever used in the current market.

**What problems is MiaRec solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiaRec is helping me do more work in less time.while miarec is working on task where i can work on the other task within th given time im able to work diffrent task.
