I took for the product to streamline the customer support for my business, but ended dissappointed.
- The email wasn't connected properly to fetch the incoming emails. Even though I followed all the steps, shared with the team. Instead of fixing the tech which I showed them on live call. They messaged- it's working for us.
- There was an option for me to connect whatsapp when I took the plan, I reached out to get help from the team in setting up. They told me it's not in my plan. And, surely after 30 minutes they removed Whatsapp as a channel for me.
- I connected my instagram account, and it started sending very spammy messages to my followeres who were reaching out. I checked there was no option to turn it off. I shared it with customer support person on emails and then live call and there was no option to do the same. So, I turned Instagram off.
- No way to connect the knowledgebase to my custom domain.
In Summary: Email didn't work, Instagram feature I won't use as it spams my followers, whatsapp access I don't have. A solid product, right?
