**What do you like best about Mevrik?**

The best part is their landing pages with all the bold claims. Because, after that once you get in it's all horrible.

**What do you dislike about Mevrik?**

I took for the product to streamline the customer support for my business, but ended dissappointed.

- The email wasn't connected properly to fetch the incoming emails. Even though I followed all the steps, shared with the team. Instead of fixing the tech which I showed them on live call. They messaged- it's working for us.

- There was an option for me to connect whatsapp when I took the plan, I reached out to get help from the team in setting up. They told me it's not in my plan. And, surely after 30 minutes they removed Whatsapp as a channel for me.

- I connected my instagram account, and it started sending very spammy messages to my followeres who were reaching out. I checked there was no option to turn it off. I shared it with customer support person on emails and then live call and there was no option to do the same. So, I turned Instagram off.

- No way to connect the knowledgebase to my custom domain.

In Summary: Email didn't work, Instagram feature I won't use as it spams my followers, whatsapp access I don't have. A solid product, right?

Their customer support person got on a call to resolve but kept pushing me to take a higher plan, even without resolving any of my previous issues.

**What problems is Mevrik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It says it unifies support for companies, but it doesn't. The Product doesn't have the basic things in place.

Can't connect to mail properly.
Can't connect to whatsapp below the highest tier.
Can't stop or edit the messages being sent to the followers.
