  ### 1. MOST USER FRIENDLY PROGRAM I HAVE USED

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

Program is straight forward and user friendly for most billing needs. Program is well designed and they are always coming up with ways to make billing easier.  They appreciate their clients and welcome input.  Always quick to respond to questions and problems. The system easily integrates with our EMR program.  Electronic payments and ERA's are easy to post.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

Still somewhat complicated to build some reports.  A recent update slowed things down for users.

**What problems is MedEvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speeding up processing .  I requested a more efficient way to post patient and insurance payments by line that are not auto populated.  Right now that feature is in the schedule where you can post a copay or deposit and a past balance.
Also a problem with an account with 2 Blue Cross insurance companies.  It cannot diferenciate the primary from secondary so then does not post at all. Just discussed that with Medevolve.  Also, if a code is downcoded by insurance it will only post the payment and not the adjustment.  Another discussion.  And thirdly, if a supplement payment after medicare has many lines, it only posts part of them..

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

My favorite thing about MedEvolve is the Customer Service team.  Most times, my issues are resolved in one call or email.  In a busy office, this is a valuable time safer.  

The ease of learning the software is another big win for a new employee.  My new team members were able to hit the ground running with minimal downtime.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

My office had already been using MedEvolve for over 10 years prior to my joining them.  I believe we are underutilizing the program.  The biggest downside is I don't know what I don't know. 

Also, I would like more training on how to build out the reports that I need.

**What problems is MedEvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I joinged the Practice as Adminiatrator, I found there were many accounts that were not being collected after 90 days.  MedEvolve has helped me tracked collections and increase the collection rate of the office.

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

The program itself is great, we don't have issues with running the program, it's easy to navigate and overall an easy program to teach and learn. Medevolve has many features and the analytics available to us is vast. The best thing about Medevolve though is their customer service. Any question we have we are met with a timely and positive response, everyone who we have encountered at Medevolve is very nice and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

There really isn't anything to dislike. The program itself is easy to use and teach and the company is amazing.

**What problems is MedEvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The practice management and medical billing is what we use daily.  Everyone including our physicians use Medevolve daily. It's easy to view several schedules at once, we keep track of when our patients arrive and when they have upcoming appointments. We are able to process our claims the next day and the claims process is seamless. The claim scrubber identifies coding issues and we are able to quickly correct errors and get our claims out timely so we can get payment back qickly. The practice management system is so easy to use. We can tell when a patient arrives, when they are scheduled to come back and previous appointments with a quick couple of clicks. It allows us to put people on a waiting list so when we do have a cancelation we are able to fill the spot right away to help get patients in quicker and to not loose out on revenue.

MedEvolve is pretty user friendly offering more and more as the user learns may of the very useful features within the program

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

Crashes.... never used to happen up until 2 years ago!

**What problems is MedEvolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MedEvolve does not solve problems... You have to reach out to a technician at MedEvolve to learn how to solve different aspects of billing and collections that come up. The program is actually much better than it seems; but when we onboarded the training was very, very limited.
I wish I would have made my doctors pay for more training!!!

POSTING CHECKS AND MAKING APPOINTMENTS IS AS EASY AS 1 2 3.  ENTER A NAME, ADD A FEW DETAILS AND YOU ARE DONE.  POSTING IS AS EASY AS CLICKING ON THE CHECK TELL IT TO POST DONE REPORTS ARE EASY TO USE JUST TELL IT WHAT YOU WANT DONE  WE USE THE FEATURES OF POSTING CHECKS AND ENTERING CLAIMS EVERYDAY AND IT HAS YET TO GO DOWN FOR A LONG LENGTH OF TIME.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

THERE REALLY IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY ARE REAL QUICK TO FIX IT.

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

MedEvolve is a great company.  I like on how easy it is to create appointments and schedules.  How easy it is to find accounting answers to questions we may have.  Data mining is useful to create reports needed.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

The thing I do not like about MedEvolve is that I can't pick up the phone and ask a question.  I can email them but it usually take over 48 hrs to receive a reply.  Trying to balance at the end of the day or the next day is impossible.  Data mining is great for reporting but if all is not found there, I have to request a custom report and I can't add to this like in Data mining.

I would like to understand the account part of ME but have not been able to.

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

MedEvolve organizes workflows at all levels.  For the staff, we are able to organize their follow up worklists in a manner that is meaningful and easily reassign as needed.  The tasking function streamlines the communication with other departments.  Our Business Office leadership team is able to easily monitor productivity and how the collectors are working the accounts.  This helps with providing feedback and support as needed to escalate the team.

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

We are still early in our relationship with MedEvolve.  The implementation has been a little bumpy but we are working through it.

Providing work queues and insight into our AR for the collectors.

The customer service reps are the best trained I have encountered in all the businesses I deal with. They know the product  well and are always very professional.

I can't think of any. Best company to work with.

The only problem I have had is with billing and that is rare and they fix it immediately.

**What do you like best about MedEvolve?**

Helpful in adding new patients,discharging and billing. I like this programme since the scheduling is super easy,entering new patients and searching for new patients is quite easy,it is user friendly since it brings the capability of sending charges of tests to Doctors. 

**What do you dislike about MedEvolve?**

Complain of reflection of payment from client is keeping on recurring but is finally solve with an aid of this software,sometime servers are down  due to failure of updates thus causing bugs in the institution.

MedEvolve is a convenient software programme easy to install and user friendly

Payment record updates through indication with green colour,Red colour also indicates problem records,easy billing,discharging of clients,easy detection of errors
