The platform has everything a researcher needs to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research. They have created the platform by researchers, for researchers and it really shows in the features and the dataset. The ability to conduct advanced studies and mix methodologies. There are many ways within the platform to manipulate and analyze our data to streamline our work. What do you like best about MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ)?

The platform has a wide range of supported testing types that are intuitive to qualitative and quantitative researchers. In addition, the platform supplies automatic analysis of some fundamental quantitative formulae allowing for less-statistically-inclined individuals to use it and receive the benefits of quantitative analysis. In addition, unlike any of its competitors as of this writing, the platform is the most-WCAG compliant in this vertical, allowing for testing with many assistive technologies that other platforms do not even acknolwedge exist. What problems is MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization has been using MUIQ's platform for the past year or so. It has been a game-changer when it comes to running studies online. Particularly, the non-moderated study offerings via their Portal have been very helpful. From running non-moderated usability tests to tree tests, card sorts, doing KANO modeling, and more... the variety of options is appreciated.

The researchers on our team have also used MUIQ heavily for survey work. The built-in quantitative analysis alongside the ability to use question logic is wonderful. For general population studies as well, when using MUIQ's panels alongside a survey the process is seamless.

Lastly, while the platform continues to expand, grow, and get better, the support team at MUIQ is the best team I have worked with. They are very willing to work with our organization when it comes to missing features, additional items needed, and answering questions on how to run X, or answer X.
