They have created the platform by researchers, for researchers and it really shows in the features and the dataset. They are not bound by investors which makes them more personable as a company and flexible. They are super helpful and really knowledgeable in what they do. **What do you dislike about MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ)?** There is not much to dislike as they continue to make improvements according to feedback they receive. **What problems is MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to conduct advanced studies and mix methodologies. There are many ways within the platform to manipulate and analyze our data to streamline our work. We are able to run studies more efficiently and collect data in real time that is actionable and relevant. ### 2. In addition, the platform supplies automatic analysis of some fundamental quantitative formulae allowing for less-statistically-inclined individuals to use it and receive the benefits of quantitative analysis. In addition, unlike any of its competitors as of this writing, the platform is the most-WCAG compliant in this vertical, allowing for testing with many assistive technologies that other platforms do not even acknolwedge exist. **What do you dislike about MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ)?** The platform is excellent overall, but it is lacking aesthetically compared to some other offerings. While these cosmetic issues are minor, they do have a small impact on users' view of the platform. **What problems is MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have the ability to conduct advanced, multivariate tests in moderated and unmoderated fashions while sampling from a diverse, inclusive panel of respondents across a large number of available demographic categories. ### 3. The platform is great and offers a variety of testing capabilities, however, their support team and willingness to help when some problem/question arises is phenomenal. **What do you dislike about MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ)?** Some of the data visualizations is difficult to understand post-study. However, this has been worked on by the support team continuously. **What problems is MeasuringU Intelligent Questioning Platform (MUIQ) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization has been using MUIQ's platform for the past year or so. It has been a game-changer when it comes to running studies online. Particularly, the non-moderated study offerings via their Portal have been very helpful. From running non-moderated usability tests to tree tests, card sorts, doing KANO modeling, and more... the variety of options is appreciated. The researchers on our team have also used MUIQ heavily for survey work. The built-in quantitative analysis alongside the ability to use question logic is wonderful. For general population studies as well, when using MUIQ's panels alongside a survey the process is seamless. Lastly, while the platform continues to expand, grow, and get better, the support team at MUIQ is the best team I have worked with. They are very willing to work with our organization when it comes to missing features, additional items needed, and answering questions on how to run X, or answer X. This to me, has been the biggest positive when using MUIQ. ### 4.
