It's great for email campaigns and website events. I haven't as yet used the full functionality of the marketing module. The Support Team and Customer Representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable (especially Anna Lynne). **What do you dislike about Creatio Marketing?** I haven't used a marketing platform such as Creatio in the past, so it has been quite a steep learning curve for me. Pricing is based on "Campaign participants" within the last 12months on top of the regular licensing fee. **What problems is Creatio Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking email performance and reach, using the in-built functionality. Including A/B testing. There are many ways to segment contacts and customers. ### 2. Bpm comes with a personal touch of communication since we can build and personalise bulk email and relay the conveyance of the same. automated emailing service have really helped us and also delivery and tracking of information on a customer **What do you dislike about Creatio Marketing?** The support from the help desk has reduced any dislike due to their coming in handy at the onset of any problem **Recommendations to others considering Creatio Marketing:** Have yourself the best software in lead sales.
