**What do you like best about Makula?**

We have had a great experience with the Makula team from the sales process to onboarding and then helping with day to day support if needed. The team are always quick to come back to us and provide solutions to requests. The platform is easy to access and navigate and Makula have already incorporated most of the functionality we need. This enables us to support our customers with the tools and resources they need to order spares, access machine information or book service visits.

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

There is some functionality that is very clever, such as the AI tools but we are not yet in a position to use!  It is good to bear them in mind for the future.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have all machine information in one place or have an easy online way for our customers to access machine information, order spare parts or request a service visit. The Makula platform solves these problems for us.

**What do you like best about Makula?**

Very easy to understand an to use for end-users like production managers. Very useful for their plannings and predictive maintenances.

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

For manufacturers there is no way to create an asset-template from an already existing asset. So the first step before making a new asset at a customer site is to create a template first and then use it to create a new asset.

But this is not so instinctive and have a lack of backward updating asset data.
In case that for example there are already three equal assets at three different customer sites firstly, and later on one of them gets a version upgrade, this cannot be used to create a new template for future orders.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Providing a database for spare parts, training videos, user manuals and other documents. Customer can solve many problems and tasks by themselves without consuming man-hours in our service team.

2. Providing a communication channel to our end customers and other connected service partners. More and more people dislike using the telephone for communication and are much more used in Chats and clicking on buttons. This is attractive to younger generations of customers and machine users than a phone number.

**What do you like best about Makula?**

Thanks to the implementation of Makula, we have achieved full traceability of all customer requests. We consolidated all after-sales interactions into a single platform, which has significantly improved our response times and operational efficiency. Makula has not only helped us manage customer inquiries more effectively but has also optimized key internal processes such as factory follow-ups, installation, and project management. Today, Makula has become one of the essential tools for delivering a complete and high-value solution to our customers, enhancing our ability to respond to their needs quickly and efficiently

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

It still frequently presents errors, so support from Makula is often needed. Several potential improvements have also been identified regarding the user interface.
I'm not very fond of the approach they’ve implemented to unify the client and service provider platforms.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us visibility into all service activity for each customer and each machine, which allows for better planning and response to our clients

**What do you like best about Makula?**

I have all my products well organized, and all the relevant information is available in one place. I no longer need Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint, or other scattered tools.

Everything I need for customer service is consolidated into a single solution.
Additionally, I appreciate the ability to create and customize documentation, sort information, and tailor the structure to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

Some essential features are still missing, and there are minor bugs that occasionally occur. While these are usually addressed, improvements tend to be made one step at a time.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. All necessary information for my products and customers in one platform. 
2. With all that information I can dispatch technician as well as gain professionality to the customer
3. In the next 10 years, I have everything tracked in one platform and do not need several software solutions

**What do you like best about Makula?**

Fast and personal support – The team respond quickly and think along with us.
Flexible on technical challenges – from API integration to shared mailbox setup, they help find solutions.
Clear roadmap and visible progress – features like AI Copilot and Knowledge Hub are being built with real user input.
Mobile app is practical and easy to use – filters, chat, and work order handling work well.

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

Some technical issues (like machine import or mailbox setup) took several rounds to fix.
AI features come with extra costs – this adds up if rolled out widely.
Implementation sometimes depends on our own IT setup (e.g. proxy settings), which slows things down.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster access to relevant machine data and documentation
Fewer errors and delays in communication with suppliers and customers
More efficient service planning and execution
A clear roadmap and responsive support team

**What do you like best about Makula?**

The overview of all the latest offers, spare part orders, invoices, and service reports, helps the customer enormously. The software has really developed very well and Makula is doing a great job. The service is great, if I need something, there is always an answer from Karina very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Makula?**

There were some bugs in the beginning, but they were solved quickly.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have one centralized customer service platform, we can find everything there from manuals to service cases etc.

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. The team assists very intensively with the transformation process and onboarding. We have managed to integrate the tool into our daily processes, thereby promoting our internal coordination and ultimately our spare parts sales.

There really aren't that many things that aren't good about the software and Makula.

**What problems is Makula solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identification and management of the installed base, as well as its monetization. At the same time, we work internally in a more digital and structured way, which leads to greater efficiency.
