What do you like best about Makula?

We have had a great experience with the Makula team from the sales process to onboarding and then helping with day to day support if needed. The team are always quick to come back to us and provide solutions to requests. The platform is easy to access and navigate and Makula have already incorporated most of the functionality we need. What do you dislike about Makula?

What do you like best about Makula?

Very easy to understand an to use for end-users like production managers. Very useful for their plannings and predictive maintenances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Makula?

For manufacturers there is no way to create an asset-template from an already existing asset. So the first step before making a new asset at a customer site is to create a template first and then use it to create a new asset.

But this is not so instinctive and have a lack of backward updating asset data.

In case that for example there are already three equal assets at three different customer sites firstly, and later on one of them gets a version upgrade, this cannot be used to create a new template for future orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to the implementation of Makula, we have achieved full traceability of all customer requests. We consolidated all after-sales interactions into a single platform, which has significantly improved our response times and operational efficiency. Makula has not only helped us manage customer inquiries more effectively but has also optimized key internal processes such as factory follow-ups, installation, and project management. What do you dislike about Makula?

It still frequently presents errors, so support from Makula is often needed. Several potential improvements have also been identified regarding the user interface.

I have all my products well organized, and all the relevant information is available in one place. I no longer need Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint, or other scattered tools.

Everything I need for customer service is consolidated into a single solution.

Fast and personal support – The team respond quickly and think along with us.

Flexible on technical challenges – from API integration to shared mailbox setup, they help find solutions.

Clear roadmap and visible progress – features like AI Copilot and Knowledge Hub are being built with real user input.

What do you dislike about Makula?

Some technical issues (like machine import or mailbox setup) took several rounds to fix.

AI features come with extra costs – this adds up if rolled out widely.

What do you like best about Makula?

The overview of all the latest offers, spare part orders, invoices, and service reports, helps the customer enormously. The software has really developed very well and Makula is doing a great job.
