it is a great tool for planning and executing Service visits. When we create and schedule Service events we add checklists and procedures to those events making our service to our customers consistent throughout the service team.

The team are always quick to respond to enquiries and question, have good suggestions, and are helpful. There is a good onboarding process, which is easy to work through, with lots of support throughout. The platform is easy to access and use. We are still to put most of it into use with customers yet, but I'm sure it will work well. Seems to perform well so far, although had a couple of issues with the app, which are now resolved.
