## MailUp Reviews
  ### 1. A really useful digital product for email and sms marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide F. | Digital Content Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I have been using Mailup for about four years to create and manage marketing campaigns.
One of my needs is combining different pieces of communication to users via SMS and emails
.
I work professionally in digital marketing, specifically managing donor retention and acquisition campaigns for specific causes in the non-profit sector.
Before using Mailup, I used different softwares to combine my users and groups' lists, going from SMS marketing tools to email marketing tools.

Passing data and lists from software to software often caused human errors, as I had to export and import user lists from one software to another.
And as human error is not uncommon, it happened that I sent messages to the wrong people, groups or lists.

Mailup can solve all these issues, which is helpful.
Of course, Mailup allows you to create distribution lists and recipient groups.

Other than that, I suggest using premade templates, which you can easily edit according to your brand guidelines. The premade templates are responsive and adapt quite perfectly to all email client, web-based or not.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Sending newsletters is a bit slow, slower than other more tools. The slow sending speed is a point that, in my opinion, should be improved. I often have to send newsletters to around 10,000 users, and it takes at least an hour.
During this sending time, I can't send other emails to other users, so I have to wait.
As Mailup's annual fee is relatively high, as a user, I think I would need a better service and faster sending time.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

There is a need to set up the company's reference data, it also takes time to set up your graphics for all messages. I suggest that you dedicate adequate time to study and create the templates and the corporate brand before using it.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to integrate two critical tools for online marketing: SMS and email. Everything can be done within a single instrument, without worrying about exporting and importing CSV or Excel lists, avoiding the risk of error and sending wrong messages to the incorrect customers.

Furthermore, by connecting Mailup to CRM or ERP, the data is always consistent with all the databases I work on.

Other than that, I don't have to worry about how an email will look, using HTML, as the shown previews before sending a newsletter are faithful to the actual result.

  ### 11. Most Known Italian Email Marketing Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

It's easy to use even if you don't know anything about coding because there is a collection of drag & drop models and at the same time you can choose and edit html models. You can also use MailUp for sending SMS (you need separate business credit to do that). Like any other email marketing tool you can import a single contact or an .xls or .csv file and you can integrate MailUp with different applications. I like the thing that it has been developed in Italy and the server farm is in Italy as well.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

It is not exactly bugs free. For example if you are working on a specific environment, the platform literally jumps and switch to another one without touching anything. Price is aligned with other platforms. Our subscription for example costs 1400€/year plus 244€/year (VAT non included).

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

A good alternative to MailChimp if you are based in Italy and you want to be sure where you data is stored.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to send newsletters and DEM to different targets and for different countries. Once you set up the different environments you can really save a lot of time.

  ### 12. Great service support!

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

The wonderful support team and the ability to customize my emails to the fullest!

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The impossibility of embedding a video in the body of the email.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Know all your possibilities from the first moment to take them into account in planning the email marketing strategy.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The possibility of making segmented shipments and knowing the subsequent statistics.

  ### 13. Excellent platform and customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariano E. | Digital director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2021

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Customer service is excellent. They respond and assist with all questions or inquiries. The platform meets all the necessary requirements to manage multiple client lists, email designs, and group segmentation.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

It would be great to have an integration with the shopping cart of e-commerce platforms.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass mailings to customers

  ### 15. MailUp email marketing platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ludovico G. | Web Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

MailUp is a very easy-to-use platform for email marketing.
It uses the BEE drag and drop editor, which helps you design beautiful responsive emails in just few minutes.
The platform also allows you to create marketing automations in an easy way.
MailUp recently acquired Datatrics, an artificial intelligence tool that personalizes your site (or your email, speaking about MailUp) based on customer's behavior and preferences.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The integration with the ecommerce can be tricky.
There is not (as of now) a connector for Magento 2, for example, so if you want to import data of products and orders, you need a developer to do it via APIs.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

For its price, this platform offers a lot. The only possible difficulty could be the integration with your ecommerce, if there is not a pre-built connector.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email creation is super easy, and the editor is among the best that you can find in platforms of this price range.

  ### 16. MailUp is a good email marketing tool with a great editor.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

MailUp offers some nice emial templates but what I like best is the drag and drop editor. It's easy to make a truly customized marketing email quickly by just dragging and dropping the elements you want. Image upload is quick, the entire interface is very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

MailUp at times feels dated. The dashboard isn't as clean and organized as other ESPs.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

If you are looking for a simple ESP then MailUp is a good option. If you want more features like automation, landing pages, etc. you should looking into other ESPs. MailUp offers these features but they aren't as good as what other providers can offer.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently use MailUp for email marketing. It's quick and easy to set up a customized email, schedule the send date and view statistics after the send.

  ### 17. Efficient Email Marketing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide P. | Digital Advertising Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Mailup has a good and user friendly structure. The assistance team is well prepared. Every email customized on the platform is a guarantee of success.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The time of delivery is really high if you don't have a good plan.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mailup guarantees sending despite of competitors.

  ### 18. Software for DEM and newsletter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto M. | Purchasing Department Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Creating DEM and newsletter in a very customizable way and the drag and drop editor, very easy to use

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

I think there is no better mail marketing tool, it's just perfect for me

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

a lot of mails sent to different clusters of customers

  ### 19. Less expensive solution for email marketing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Calogero R. | Creative director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

It's a less expensive solution for email marketing if the old interface is not a problem for you

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Its interface is a bit old and confusing

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

If you need to send a big amount of messages it's a cheap solution

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing campaign at a cheap price

  ### 20. Not bad

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2019

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Simple to use, well organized, clear dashboard, good analytics

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The fact you can't open two windows simultaneously, a lot of errors occurring in the contacts import process, managing multiple different groups and thousands of contacts is a continuous waste of time

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can create rapidly filters for your email address, that sounds great for retargeting

  ### 21. Liked it...until mail refused to supply me with my opt-out list

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan L. | CHAIR ELECT IHRSA (International Health, Racquet, and Sports Club Association), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2018

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Easy to use. Good reporting. High deliverability.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

A disaster when you move to another provider. Mailup refused point blank to supply us with our opt-out list. Would not even engage with us until we went legal. This has made it extremely difficult to use another provider. Very disappointing.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Be careful if moving to another vendor. Demand a list of your opt-outs. Refuse to provide us with list of opt outs.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We own six health clubs in Dublin. We used mail up to contact members, past members, and sales leads.

  ### 22. Mailup use in a middle company's marketing office

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** laura c. | Designer grafico e web Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

The thing we'd like to like is that mailup is for whom who don't have any knowledge of programming language. And it is.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The platform doesn't often working due to some unknown problems or updating by the developers. So The thing that has to be the advantage of the oline platform has become his main problem. Moreover, if you are not a daily user, mailup changes interface so often that you forget how to place your hands to achieve your marketing goals...
At least the assistance system is not so easy to reach and sometimes long waiting is needed for a feedback

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

I recommend to consider mailup if your company needs to manage less than 5000 email addresses, and if the company need a daily use of this service, and also if your company is willing to buy more broadband connection, because if you have to deal with lot email addresses per message, the basic subscription broadband is not enough.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem i solved with this service is to deal with lot of e-mail address (up to 3000) with very few operations.
The benefit is the ease to manage the groups and lists of different e-mail addresses.

  ### 23. Useful but hard to understand sometimes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irene T. | Architetto, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2018

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I like the possibility to list contacts in different categories and the fact thet it works also offline

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Some settings are very hard to find... i found this program not so intuitive

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I managed newsletters and lists of people joining newsletters during my latest job

  ### 24. Great functionality but clunky user interaction in places

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

The ability to handle different brands (and therefore customer sets) within one account.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

There is no status portal, so if MailUp has issues there is no quick way to find out what they are and be assured the MailUp team is working to resolve them.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to handle multiple brands within one account - it's easy to flick between brands (we have 10). Secondly, MailUp has been integrated with our customer database so customer details are uploaded every day ensuring accuracy of data at any time.

  ### 25. Lights and shadows. If they keep working like this in a couple years will be an outstanding product.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I totally love their HTML email composer. Easy to use and really flexible. And till now I never had a compatibility problem with the produced HTML. I also often use it to compose html cross-client email and send them with my email client. Another nice feature are the "groups" that let you define lists of emails to send specific newsletter to. A good and easy to use API ( also well documented ) completes the picture. It also has a nice and clear GUI; a bit slow may be but easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The pricing mechanism is good for big companies. Not very "on target" for small clients. You pay based on the email sending speed so it could not be good for time critical mass email ( that would be more expensive) . Sometimes it was difficult to understand if some user really received an email or not cause the system said it was received but it wasn't. The problem arouse from the fact that the test users were marked as "spammer". We had to contact the assistance to "unflag" our test users.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Be careful if the pricing mechanism really fits your needs.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are sending through the API a number of newsletter of different sites to different lists: It's the right choice for us cause they are not time critical email and the effective sending moment can be delayed without affecting our use case. Also lists are managed through API and it works well for us.

  ### 26. Everything perfect

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

The unlimited sending of emails and the support always available, everything perfect.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Nothing to say at the moment. Everything seems to be working.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reach customers everywhere

  ### 27. Digital marketing and graphic designer

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole D. | Graphic Design & Digital Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I actually like their secondary software offerings, BeeFree and BeePro, which allows you to design and build HTML emails and send to clients for review before sending en masse. The email builder is made to work with MailUp primarily, but as an HTML preview it's great to send to clients for approval when designing email campaigns. In addition, once approved, you can upload the HTML to any email marketing program (not just MailUp).

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

For the price point , if you're working with smaller clients, it may not be worth the cost. This is better for agencies or medium to larger companies. The general services provided are excellent, if sending out 1,000 emails a day or more.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

If you're wanting to move away from free programs like Mailchimp, you'll find that MailUp has a very nice set of tools, although the learning curve is on the high side. Once mastered, I've been told things get easier. There are still some interfaces that are a bit clunky. I've still not figured out how to upload compressed / zipped files. If you do well with video and FAQ support, you'll be fine. Sometimes it can be a trial to get help from an actual person.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found that MailUp's BeePro is great for designing emails and sending to clients for proofing—especially when the client wants you to create an email campaign but doesn't know the platform from which it will be sent (more common than you might realize).

  ### 28. Great mail service

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Great for sending out mass emails for company promos

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Do not dislike anything about this program

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

no recommendations

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to reach customers in a fast way

  ### 29. Simple to use with a wide spread of features/tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will G. | Business Development, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I can design and produce almost any content I want.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

The fact that I can't generate animated icons.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Works really nicely - if you are using it to develop off of, be careful about making sure that you lock out updates as these can cause your services to fail.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems: Increasing customer visits
Benefits: This works with the right content!

  ### 30. The most affordable and powerful email provider out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

It is simple and easy to use and doesn't require any special skills to properly operate. It was simple to get setup with LiveIntent to deliver ads via dynamic content.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Sometimes the sending frequency limit can be a hassle when sending an email out to a very large group.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

If you're looking for an affordable powerful email service provider that doesn't mind if your emails are sent out gradually throughout the day, MailUp is the best option.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are informing our viewers of new shows, air dates & times, and the latest blogs up on the website.

  ### 31. A mostly positivie exprience - except when something goes wrong.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2015

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

MailUp's interface is intuitive and easy to use, particularly in comparison to the platform we used prior to switching. It's also much more affordable, yet just as powerful/flexible.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Support is not MailUp's strong suit. Although the platform functions well on the whole, in those instances where we have raised an issue there has rarely been a solution provided, instead forcing us to devise a work-around on our own.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business maintains a number of discrete lists and MailUp allows us to serve each of those lists and track performance individually from the same dashboard.

  ### 32. Professional and structured

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca C. | Programmatore, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Excellent experience, well-structured and organized. They offer a professional service, timely consultations, and excellent level of assistance. We have never had any delivery or reputation issues from their servers. Perhaps commercially, they should look for more scalable and customized pricing solutions.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Sometimes integrations via API are cumbersome, especially due to the documentation that needs improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

It is definitely a leader in Italy, although they should improve the support.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending DEM and service emails, tracking received results, and professional reporting.

  ### 33. An excellent program for sending marketing emails without any limit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antonio R. | Titolare, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2016

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

With MailUp, you can send a nearly unlimited number of marketing emails to your clients easily and without any issues. The management of cancellations and unsubscribes is very convenient. The client only needs to click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email they receive to have their name removed, and importantly, this way they end up on the blacklist, which does not allow for subsequent reinsertion. The statistics and monitoring of email and link openings work excellently to check the results of your campaign.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Everything works perfectly but the price is a bit high. The annual fee is quite noticeable but it does its job well. The cost is then linked to the sending speed, so obviously the faster you want it to send, the more you have to spend... Therefore, to send a large number of emails, it takes a bit of time.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

If you send marketing emails in your company, I believe that Mail Up is the best program you can find.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to other email sending programs, this one has no monthly sending limit. It is possible to send as many emails as desired based on the subscribed plan. For example, with my basic plan, I can send about 50,000 emails per day, which corresponds to about 1.5 million emails per month. Other programs that charge for each email sent would have a monthly cost at least 10-20 times higher for such a high number of emails sent.

  ### 34. we've used mailup to send mass mail and it is very reliable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

we had detailed report and continuous support

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

the notification of rebounced mails was not clearly highlighted, we missed for some time this problem

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we couldn't send anymore mail using our servers and self configured postfix because it's hard to tweak server performance, mailup eased our pain

  ### 35. Migrated from Mailchimp, but not satisfied

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

It is an italian platform (or at least help desk speaks italian)

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

magento support is poor, I had to give up using mailup for transactional emails and went back to gmail.
Price is too high, I stopped using mailup service because it was not used enough to justify the price we pay.
We will switch to mailerlite.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

none in particular, but if you just need an email sender there are cheapest solutions.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none in particular, just sending newsletter.

  ### 36. Super easy email creation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I am able to create attractive, engaging emails really quickly and easily. This means we get campaigns out in a really timely manner.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

That groups need to be refreshed each time they are used, this has obliterated our ability to schedule marketing communications for the future - our old system applied filters automatically meaning we could schedule drops whenever we wanted.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

The support is very good and quick.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have reduced the time taken and teams involved in email campaigns.

  ### 37. user experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea P. | Italy Digital Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

a very easy tool with a good user experience

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Nothing in particular, probably the accounting

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the possibility to send cam email to our customer

  ### 38. Working well, poor UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2017

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Pricing model, based on time to send instead of size of list as for the competition

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

UI - it's really hard to refer a product when it's not so easy to use, especially vs mailchimp

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very big mailing lists, would cost more with mailchimp. With mailup I can trade cost for time to send.

  ### 39. Mail Up Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2016

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

It is a very simple and intuitive email delivery program. You can upload your account list in a very simple way. You can manage in a different way your email contacts with segmente, filters. There is a layout library and the possibility to create a sign up form, simple.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Contact upload lists is slow. Templates are few, and delivery time is slow. Report are difficult, unclear and impractical

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that MailUp have solved are the deliverability of campaigns and lists management

  ### 40. Not the best, not the worst

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2015

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Once things are set up on the front and back end, it is easy to use. I like the customizability. I'm a coder and I like that I have to do less coding. I like the distinctions between properties and the overall design of the site. I also like the templated response options for users who are unsubscribing (or whatever they may be doing).

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Login/username system is odd. Navigating the site can be odd too - it can be difficult to find certain information unless you have done it before. Setting up the unsubscribe / user preferences pages on our sites was very confusing at first, although once I figured out we can do it within mailup, that was an easier solution.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Be prepared for a learning curve.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once our templates are set up, the best benefit is that people with less technical skill can easily create and deploy newsletters, which frees up the technical staff for other things.

  ### 41. Beware of Mailup. They flat out ripped me off!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Broker, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2016

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

They were cheap compared to everyone else out there.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

They frauduantly charged my credit card after locking me out of my account and not letting me send email. They refused to answer my emails about why I was locked out of my account and next steps until they charged my account for a new month and then cancelled my account the following day.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing. They are a cheap option but offer NO customer support. Awful service. Stay away.

  ### 42. Want to UP your revenue scales then i prefer MailUp

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lakshman S. | Enterprise Client Support, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2015

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Very highly scalable and very high competitive pricing. The tech support for mailup is simply superb. The panel interface is very simple to understand. The guide for FAQ has almost all the answers. The mailup blog has amazing insight reviews captured.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

There is no way you can upload a zip file directly into the Mailup console. We have to go through standard upload process which is a bit time consuming for day to day daily HTML planners.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Yes absolutely i will recommend to a marketer who is in tight budget

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are happy that we have reached our sustain position using the mailup services and many of them are getting converted. Dont forget to mention the forward the mail to a friend feature it helps a lot in getting attention.

  ### 43. Good value for money tool

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2016

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

Very low price and easy to integrate for collecting leads from online forms.
Good customer service and a good self service help area.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

E-commerce integration is far from top player, because there is no "ready-to-install" connectors for most used ecommerce platform (such as Magento) that offer the possibility to import sales and product data, to implement some basics email marketing automation processes.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send a huge number of email with a professional service without any delivery problem using some customized integrations.

  ### 44. Our main marketing mail tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2015

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I believe the price is a huge competitive advantage of MailUp. On other things I think they have been beat by other services.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

General instability. API going away, things breaking. Calls not behaving the way you expect them to.

Extremely clunky interface. This really needs to be improved.

**Recommendations to others considering MailUp:**

Make sure to try it first. It's a very 'unique' offering and you have to understand what that means.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this case we are dealing with Newsletter subscriptions. Obviously using one of these marketing tools is pretty much a requirement.

  ### 45. MailUp is buggy, good for sending many newsletters through one accounts though.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2015

**What do you like best about MailUp?**

I like that you're able to send newsletters for multiple clients through one account.

**What do you dislike about MailUp?**

Main newsletter editor is not visually appealing. Support is slow to fix issues. I use Outlook and have stopped receiving some mailings all together that I send myself through MailUp.

**What problems is MailUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is beneficial for us to be able to send mailings to multiple audiences through one account.
