Mailup refused point blank to supply us with our opt-out list. Would not even engage with us until we went legal. This has made it extremely difficult to use another provider. Very disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MailUp? They frauduantly charged my credit card after locking me out of my account and not letting me send email. They refused to answer my emails about why I was locked out of my account and next steps until they charged my account for a new month and then cancelled my account the following day.
