**What do you like best about Luppa?**

Luppa has become an integral part of our employee engagement strategy, offering us a seamless and efficient way to conduct surveys and promptly access the results. 
We have found it to be a truly user-friendly tool with a simple and intuitive interface, offering all the essential features required for in-depth analysis and actionable insights.
The tool has truly opened our eyes to the thoughts of our employees, providing a clear understanding of their sentiments and fostering a deeper connection with them.
We now have a comprehensive view of our employees’ sources of satisfactions or concerns, which enables us to identify areas with potential for growth and nurture a workplace environment that cultivates engagement, loyalty, and overall satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Luppa?**

I can't find any dislikes about Luppa application.

**What problems is Luppa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Luppa we are able to understand the thoughts and sentiments of our employees, to identify areas within our organization that has a potential for creating a best-possible workplace environment for our employees.

**What do you like best about Luppa?**

Luppa provides employers with detailed reports that offer insight into employee satisfaction and engagement. The results are presented in a simple yet easy to use form. Luppa team is responsive and guided us through the implementation process which is also intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Luppa?**

So far we are satisfied and haven't found significant dislikes.

**What problems is Luppa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luppa is providing us with information about the satisfaction and engagement of our employees and gives valuable insight that we couldn't get otherwise. We spent a lot of time researching other similar employee satisfaction tools and in Luppa we found a lot of features that are important to us. With the collected results, we can focus on what needs to be addressed in the employee experience in our company.

**What do you like best about Luppa?**

We are satisfied with the Luppa tool as a solution that allows us to easily conduct research and have quick access to the results. We appreciate the readiness of the entire Luppa team to swiftly adapt and improve the tool according to our users' needs. We are particularly excited about the ongoing focus on enhancements and all the additional features that are announced within the tool in the future.

**What do you dislike about Luppa?**

So far we haven't had any dislikes regarding Luppa tool.

**What problems is Luppa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luppa has helped us to digitalize our employee engagement survey results. Now we have survey results much quicker and managers can immediately after the survey has been completed, analyse team results and create new initiatives for better employee satisfaction and engagement.
