I appreciate the integration with ADP, which is an advantageous feature of the LRN Catalyst Platform with our global team. This integration simplifies our processes with assigning training by assigning each team member their appropriate new hire training as well as required annual or biannual trainings for those sitting in countries, US states and cities that require refreshed training. I find their customer service to be slow and unresponsive. The onboarding process was cumbersome, partly due to me needing to make edits to the content because a lot of the wording didn't fit with our culture. Many vendors I work with have short training videos to watch and many resources to help troubleshoot and teach you their site. The 4 trainings I sat in were live and an hour long each and even after those trainings, I basically needed to be a web developer to make even small edits or to set things up... Very confusing! The initial setup was particularly difficult and not streamlined. We have integrated our HRIS (ADP) with many other vendors and this has been a seamless, light lift for my team as the technical specialists know the platform well and can set up the integration efficiently without us needing to complete more than a few quick steps. For the integration with LRN, we had to set up multiple live calls for the LRN IT team to connect with ADP's support team where it was clear the LRN team was not knowledgeable and didn't know how to set this integration up. After back and forth email threads and more tests than we have ever had to complete with our vendors, we finally got the integration set up, yet I still receive an error email every day from LRN that they aren't able to resolve. I also would love to refresh the training for our team each year because that's one of the main reasons why we liked LRN in the demos, but I'm scared to refresh our training because that would require me to make a ton of edits again and set up 1:1 calls with their support team to walk me through how to update the content. Different cost structures for xAPI, AICC, and SCORM packages. I am not sure why a content provider would charge differently based on the type of package that we would like to extract. Also, multilingual SCORM packages extracted are a bit too large. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the new format of the LRN Catalyst courses. We were able to reduce our sexual harassment training suite by 60% by implementing the AHD US course with the profiler capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we had an integration so I knew when updates to courses were available; it's also difficult for me to understand how to add updates from LRN into the courses we have published.. Overall, it does not seem like they have the capabilities/man power to handle medium/large sized companies. If you want automatic course assignments, or assignment sophistication of any kind (anything other than manually identifying users), plan on several hiccups, LONG wait times to handle your request (several weeks to a month), and many many long conversations.
