What I like most about Loiale is how it gives us, for the first time, a real-time, unified view of every customer across all our stores and channels. The automated segments are incredibly accurate, the AI-triggered campaigns feel tailor-made for each shopper, and the system even attributes third-party marketplace orders back to the actual customer, which no other retail tool does.
