**What do you like best about Loiale?**

What I like most about Loiale is how it gives us, for the first time, a real-time, unified view of every customer across all our stores and channels. The automated segments are incredibly accurate, the AI-triggered campaigns feel tailor-made for each shopper, and the system even attributes third-party marketplace orders back to the actual customer, which no other retail tool does. On top of that, the platform is fast, stable, and reliable every single day, which in retail is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Loiale?**

Honestly, nothing. The product is a complete powerhouse and delivers above expectations on every front. And the team behind it is genuinely great to work with.

**What problems is Loiale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had three major issues: (1) low repeat rates despite high foot traffic, (2) ineffective loyalty campaigns with poor ROI, and (3) zero visibility into what was driving churn. Loiale tackled all three.

They unified all our customer data (POS, online, delivery) and deployed AI agents that now act on that data in real time — recovering lost revenue, nudging at-risk customers, and optimizing offers dynamically.

The result? More repeat visits, less money wasted on discounts, and a clear view of what’s working. We’re finally using data to drive retention, not just guesswork.

**What do you like best about Loiale?**

The agents. They don’t just give you data, they act on it. Whether it’s recovering at-risk customers, reactivating lapsed segments or adjusting incentives mid-campaign, the system runs with surgical precision.

And their forward deployment model is unlike anything we’ve seen. They literally embedded with our CRM, data, and ops teams, adapted their product to our stack, and helped us launch in less than 60 days. It felt like hiring a SWAT team for retention.

**What do you dislike about Loiale?**

It's not for the faint of heart. You need cross-team commitment (especially data and CRM), and you need to be willing to evolve how you think about customer lifecycle. But if you’re serious about fixing retention, this is the partner you want.

**What problems is Loiale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had strong acquisition — but poor repeat. Churn in key segments was eating into our margins, and our promo strategy was inefficient and reactive.

**What do you like best about Loiale?**

Two things: the agents and the team.
The AI agents work 24/7, identifying risk signals and acting in real time, recovering customers before they leave, adjusting incentives dynamically, and optimizing spend across markets.

And the forward deployment system is genius. Loiale literally embedded engineers and data experts inside our CRM and analytics teams for two months. They adapted their product to our data structure and processes, not the other way around. It felt like adding an elite retention unit to the company.

**What do you dislike about Loiale?**

You need to be ready. Loiale isn’t a plug-and-play SaaS; it’s infrastructure. The first few weeks require deep integration and collaboration, but that’s exactly why it works so well at scale.
